Rules:
1. Do not change/alter the prompts in any way. I will offer a few substitutions, but that's it.
2. Please dedicate to me, or at least send me the link, so I can add yours to a reading list of all the entries (and maybe even read - I don't read much on this site so that's not a guarantee).
3. You don't have to complete in thirty straight days, just to clarify. I take forever to write, so its understandable if you end up dragging this on for a few months.
4. You don't have to use the same pairing for each challenge. You can use a different one if you want to.
5. Enjoy!
So essentially, this challenge is for your otp. If you're unfamiliar with the term (although I highly doubt that) it means one true pairing. So basically this is for you to write about a pairing (or pairings) you get a lot of feelings about. Also, when I say "scene" I don't mean literally a scene; you can make it however long you want
one: write an au (alternate universe) involving your otp, in which one is well-known (like an athlete, actor, writer, etc.) and the other is a fan.two: write a scene in which your otp decide to spend a night out on the town.
three: write a dialogue-less scene focusing on the inner monologue of one member of your otp as they think about the other half (for example: dean thinking about castiel).
four: write an apocalypse au about your otp, where one is a zombie and the other is one of the last humans left.
five: write some fluff about your otp (because who doesn't love fluff?)
six: write an au with your otp, in which one is a mythical being, and the other is a mere mortal.
seven: write a scene in which your otp get drunk for the first time together.
eight: write a scene in which your otp take a dance class together.
nine: write a scene where your otp discover a song that suits them.
ten: write a high school au with your otp. (i'd suggest using campus by vampire weekend for inspiration.)
eleven: write a scene with your otp loosely based off of somewhere only we know by keane.
twelve: write a scene where one half of your otp is trying to find the perfect birthday gift for the other.
thirteen: write a scene about how you would ideally like your otp's first meeting to have gone (if you're content with the way it is, write the scene in your own words.)
fourteen: write a scene depicting your otp's first date, and how you would picture it to go.
fifteen: write a scene where one half of your otp can't stop singing You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC, and the other half is getting fed up of it.
sixteen: write a scene where your otp end up having an awkward conversation about sex.
seventeen: write an au where your otp have a gender swap (if they're both guys or both girls, they'll become the opposite sex).
eighteen: write an au where your otp end up stuck in the world of your favorite movie (or tv series.)
nineteen: write a scene in which one half of your otp loses a loved one and the other has to console him/her.
twenty: write an au in which one half of your otp ends up tutoring the other, who is a struggling college student, and things get a little...heated. (no this does not mean writing full out smut, i just mean like a make out session).
twenty-one: write a scene where one half of your otp can't stop quoting shakespeare.
twenty-two: write a scene where your otp end up playing truth or dare with friends.
twenty-three: write an au showcasing your otp's married life with kids.
twenty-four: write a scene where one half of your otp gets emotional and cries over something ridiculous (like a dumb soap opera, for example), and the other awkwardly tries to console them.
twenty-five: write an au where your otp have dinner with the family.
twenty-six: write a scene where your otp confess their undying love for each other.
twenty-seven: write a scene where one half of your otp is teaching the other to drive.
twenty-eight: write about what you would consider the ideal wedding for your otp.
twenty-nine: write an au involving your otp in which one is a notorious criminal and the other is a cop.
thirty: write a scene where your otp has a body-swap (like freaky friday).
Substitutions:
one: write an au in which one half of your otp is a struggling writer (or artist, musician, etc.) without a muse, and the other ends up being that muse.
two: write a scene in which one half of your otp reveals an awkward habit.
three: write a scene where one half of your otp helps the other overcome a fear.
