Missing (Completed)

First day

Pitch black clouds. Rain dripping down from the sky. Lightning is striking. And thunder is arising. "How much longer till we get there?" I ask. "Well, Kate it will take as much time it needs to get there. We can't just stop traffic." Mom said. "Ughhhhh." I sigh as I lay down in the back seat of the car and put my feet on the window. "Kate! Get your feet of the window!" Dad yells. "Meh meh meh meh meh." I mumble. "Do you want to be grounded?" he asked. "No." I whisper. "Then put your seatbelt on and be quiet." He said. I put my seatbelt on and crossed my arms.
An hour later we finally make it to our new home. "Whoa." I say as I look around. The house was confusing. It was old, yet still new. It was small, yet still big. It was boring, yet sill fun. I bring my suitcase into my room and start unpacking. "Mom! When will dinner be ready?" I ask. "Kate we just got here. Give it an hour or two." She sighed. I cross my arms. "Okay well im gonna go out side." I say as I close the door. I walk down the porch stairs. "Hi." some dude says as he touches my shoulder. I scream, turn around, and punch him. "Ouch!" He yelled. "Oh my god I am so sorry." I apologize. "Damn that hurt." He said with a scratchy voice. "I said im sorry, okay." "Its okay. What's your name? Im Jerimiah." He said. "Cool, I don't care." I say as I start to walk away. "And you are?" He asked. "My name is Kate. Can you leave me alone now?" I ask. "Can I show you something cool?" He questions. I turn my head halfway so I can see him out of the corner if my eye. "Well it depends. What is it?" "I won't be as fun if I tell you." He said as I cross my arms. "Fine." I sigh. "Great." He says as he grabs my arm and starts running. We finally get there. "What is that?" I ask. "It's an old well." he says as he does jazz hands. The well was about to my knees. "Why are you showing me this?" I ask. "Well-" he stops to the sound of yelling. "Kate!" It was my mom. "Kate come on we're gonna get pizza!" She yells. "Well I need to go." I say as I walk off. "Um okay see you tomorrow." He says. "Okay see you tomorrow" I say.
