"Before you know it, both of us will be causing trouble int he leaf village" I said. Kira laughed.
"I don't want to interupt, but you really should get in now. Your body won't hold for much longer" Ruka informed me. Nodding, I began to give Kira my weapons. I chuckled when she put them on. Reaching up, I touched my leaf head band. Despite defecting from the village, I never crossed out the sign. With shaky hands, I undid my headband. Holding it in my hands, I looked at it. So many memories.
"I'll take good care of it. I promise" Kira whispered. Looking at her, I nodded, handing it over. Kira smiled and put it in her back pouch.
"Thank you" I whispered. Kira gave me hug, before she helped me intot he glass case. It felt more like a coffin. Lying down, I looked at my sister once more. She smiled and placed the mask over my nose and mouth.
"I love you Darci" I heard Kira murmured before I slowly passed out thanks to the gas I had just inhaled.
*Kira's POV*
It hurt, watching Darci fall asleep. Once she was out, I helped Ruke put the lid on.
"You don't have to stay here for this part" Ruka told me. Looking at her, I took a deep breathe.
"I should be heading back to the Leaf anyway. Please send word when it is time for her to wake. I would like to be here" I stated. Ruka nodded before she began hitting a sequence of buttons. With one last look at Darci, I left the hideout.
"Now, all I need to do is remember the way to the leaf" I muttered.
~ONE WEEK LATER~
*Kira's POV*
"Well, here goes nothing" I muttered before I walked into what was left the leaf village. Many people looked at me weirdly, but I ignored them, looking for someone I recognised. So far, no one looked familiar.
Walking round the leaf village a few more times, I finally spotted someone I knew. It just happened to the mutt.
"Yo, mutt!" I called out as I ran over to him. I chuckled as he actually responded to it. He frowned and sent me a small glare when he saw it was.
"Everyone has been worried about where you and Darci went off to. Sakura is furious" Mutt replied crossing his arms. His dog barked. I gave it a look, before turning back to mutt.
"Whatever. I need you to take me to Sakura or Shikamaru. Unless I can stay at your place?" I asked a smirk appearing. Mutt sent me a glare.
"You may look like Darci, but you are not her. You can't trick me into forgiving her. Not after what she did" Mutt said as he stated walking. I rolled my eyes and followed him.
"Who said I was here to get you all to forgive my sister? What Darci did was on her, not me. Hell, I wasn't even in the Fire Country when she did all of those things. Now, Mutt, are you taking me to Sakura or Shikamaru? Or am I going to have to follow you around until I find someone who will?" I asked giving him am expectant look. Mutt growled at me, but motioned with his head to follow him. I smiled.
"Good boy" I cooed with slightly sarcasm. Mutt sent me a glare. He then gave me an odd look.
"You may look like Darci, but you guys are pretty different" he stated. I snorted, already knowing that.
"No shit Mutt." I scoffed. "But we can imitate each other pretty well. You've be warned"
Mutt gave me a weird, suspicious look, but said nothing.
"Hey Sakura, Darci's sister is here. I forgot her name" Mutt said coming to a stop in front of the pink haired girl. She turned to me and sent me a death glare.
