~Mays pov~

I was pulling up to the high school when there was the ambiance at the front parked by the flag poles. Did something happen? I wondered I grabbed my bag and shut the passenger door of my car and flung my bag over my shoulder as I approached the ambiance I saw them rush out a student covered in blood and many teachers following behind.
The principal was standing in the far corner by the front double doors watching and I could have sworn I saw his eyes turn from a golden color to his natural color sea blue I was in shock by everything that had happened so far is just so little time.When all the sudden I hear a horn behind me and I jump and turn around almost tripping myself to see Marlee
And Addie in the car.

"What the heck happened?" Marlee asked as she slid her hands off the wheel

I replied still a little shocked " I don't know what happened, I just got here..."

Addie and Marlee park in the parking lot and get out of the car one shuffling behind the other to where they are standing behind me.

"Let's go inside I don't feel like getting involved today" I said in disapproval of the situation before our eyes I started walking inside with Marlee and Addie by my side. We made our way to our first class and as we walked in all we noticed that a new kid sitting on the teachers desk. What the fuck is all I was thinking but I ignored him and sat down at my desk in the back
And started reading a book as Marlee and Addie sat in there seat.

"OK class take a seat" Mrs.Dee said as she glanced at her desk and snorted "and who might you be? Mister...."

"It's Jace Grey." He replied in a deep raspy voice

"Well Mister Grey I'd very much appreciate if your get off my desk and take a seat next to Mis Fray" Mrs.Dee replyed and I ignored the fact that she had to stick the already irritating new guy next to me "Mis.Fray can you raise your hand so Mister Grey can sit next to you." She said

I raised my hand not even glancing at Jace with my nose in a book reading he walked to the desk next to me and sat down and looked at me as Mrs.Dee carried on with class.

"Are you gonna ever listen to the class?" Jace asked

I mumble "I am listening and your disrupting me so I can't listen"

Jace snorts and flips an eraser at me "what a pretty girl being mean? To me? Since when?" He said totally prideful

I turn my head to look at him and I meet his gaze as he smirks at me I glare at him what the fuck was his problem? I got lost in his eyes for a second but shook my head and blushed realizing I did then looked away quickly Jace noticed and chuckled.

"It's not funny" I said irritated
"Who ever you are i don't care where you came from of what your planning on doing stay away from me" I mumbled

We sat in silence until class was over I avoided him all say until the last bell rang and everyone was headed home and then I saw him standing beside my car....
