Chapter 2: Enough is Enough!

*MONROE'S POV*

Me and Cameron are an ice cream parlor. He got Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (his favorite) and I got Cake Batter ice cream with Oreos. Me and Cameron were just catching up with each other when he said "I love you, you know that right?" he grabbed my hand. "I still love you and I always will. Monroe I just want you to know that even if you hate me I will still love you." he continued.

"Stop." I said firmly, pulling my hand away. "No, Monroe you have to listen to me. I want you and only you. I need you in my life.-" he said sincerely. "enough!" I half shouted. "Monroe, please. Just give me a chance, I know you still love me. I also know that Shawn treats you like shit! And I bet you don't even know that Shawn is ch-" I cut him off again "I SAID ENOUGH!" I screamed and walked out of the ice cream parlor.

I called my best friend; Matthew Espinosa. His house was about a ten minute walk from the ice cream parlor so I started walking. I tried calling Matt about 8 times in the way but he never answered. When I got to his house I just walked in, like I always do. I mean we are best friends and we've known each other since Kindergarden so it's allowed. I walked into the living room, but nobody was there. I walked into the kitchen, nothing.

I started walking towards the basement door when I heard 7 other male voices. (Taylor, Aaron, Nash, Jack Gilinsky, Jack Johnson, Carter and Hayes. (in this fanfic Hayes I just a year younger so he's 20))

I walked down the steps to the basement and sure enough all of the guys were there, doing what they do. making Vines and stuff.

(Except Cam & Shawn of course)

"Hey, Monroe! what are you doing here?" Matt said hugging me. I got on my tip toes and whispered in his ear "Can I stay the night? I have to talk to you later." He just nodded in response. Then I let go of our embrace and sat on the couch in between Taylor and Hayes.

"Ohh, what was that all about?" Nash said to Matt. I looked up at Matt and he was blushing a little "what? I can't hug my best friend?" He said.
