Light

"It is during our most darkest moments that we must focus to see the light."

I looked up in the clouds and saw my greatest fears. It was raining, almost like it was matching my mood. Every drop represented a tear on my face, every lightning struck was a scream of terror. The sun was nowhere to be found, and neither was my happiness.

My life was falling apart. It seemed like everyone hated me. It was like I was isolated on an island and there was no way out. In any direction there was a body of water blocking my way out of this deep whole.

But then I saw the light. The sky was clearing up and it ignited a fire within me. The sun burned my passion, fueling it with even more fire. The water evaporates and i finally have a way out. No more tears, just the sun.

I see the light.
