The world looked like Mars, that was the only thing that I could say about it. I had been placed out of time for a hundred years. My toes peeked through a hole in my tattered slippers, my pajama pants dragging on the dirt. I kept my focus on following the blonde girl leading me. Her name was Ella Ash, she wore a loose brown blouse and white capris that were stained up. Her hair was matted and cut shoulder length, she had big blue eyes that had a soft, innocent feel to them, but underneath I could see something hardened, her pink thin lips pursed. She stopped.
There was a circle of stones, and on them sat girls, all with the same look in their eye.
