Greetings to the wonderful people who've read my dulcet afterglow, aka a collection of my unnerving gay poems. I've apparently announced this before but I'm going to do it again anyway. So I've taken this down due to the fact that I might want to share some of my poems elsewhere. The platform I'm going to publish everything else from now on is called Patreon.

If you don't know Patreon, it's basically a place where artists share their work but they get paid. We all know that most writers do not get paid well. Let me rephrase that for in my case––I am not getting paid at all. I am well-aware that 16 –– yes, I'm 16 –– is not the ripest age to have these concerns but I am already made to plan out my life ahead of me, which is frustrating. I'm doing this for the sake of my future, which involves me wanting to get out of Indonesia. This means getting out of a place that triggers my mental illness and to get out of someone abusive. To know further on this topic, if you become a Patron and pledge for $5 or more per month, I would completely explain about this.

So, here are my rewards if you become a Patron (and yes, the tiers are named after B-99 characters, fight me):

the scully & hitchcock tier

access to patron-only content

short stories+essays+poetry i am currently working on, including its draft and all-in-all its process throughout

resources and recommendations, which might be a bit of help if you are new to writing

the boyle & peralta tier

exclusive access to all my on-going project plans, drafts, excerpts––this includes my existing character profiles and explorations, and more!

access to personal entries in which i would include unfiltered life updates

(+) previous rewards

the santiago & diaz tier

access to all my concepts or ideas for upcoming projects––including plotlines, character ideas, etc

blueprints of actual forthcoming projects––chapter plans, changes, character profiles

the ultimate guidebook to ALL my projects––process, planning, character profiles plus explorations, facts and more!

(+) previous rewards

the CAPTAIN RAYMOND HOLT tier

a handwritten letter sent directly to your doorstep, in which i will be including some cute stuff, magazine clippings OR [upon request] something else handwritten, which could really be anything. this will be given out once every six months or on a yearly basis and each of them, hopefully, will be unique and personal. along with it, i might include some goodies from indonesia. patrons may request.

As I really have no right to straightforwardly ask anyone for money, Patreon might be a good place to receive and give something in return. I am going to be using this money in case things go bad for me and maybe if I gather enough, I will be using this to help pay my college tuition, hopefully, outside Indonesia and in a more suitable environment for me. One of my other plans is to use the money for summer programs overseas. For instance, if I admit to the Young Leaders program in Australia, I could be guaranteed a place in the University of Melbourne. Plus, I might give some of this money to my mom to cover our monthly needs. This is because my dad doesn't give us too much share and if the money runs out before the month does, he usually doesn't add it so it's quite a struggle. I'm really hoping Patreon will act as a back-up later in the future as I learn on how to make a living. I really want to get out of here since my family members are mostly toxic––homophobic, racist, transphobic, etc. Again, to know more, become a Patron! Haha.

Anyway, I have a few projects I'm working on though they're mostly YA novels. Of course, I'm going to share with you the details, the first draft of the chapters, etc, if you become a Patron. Two I would like to share at first hand is going to involve a group of friends, with each coming from marginalized communities, fighting social morals, going crazy about political upheaval. Some of the other projects I'm working on include a dystopian novel with a world of my own making, and in the same universe, there's going to be a short story that follows as a prequel; a lot of effin poetry, et cetera. You will get access depending on the amount you pledge. The more you do, however, the more exciting it gets for you and myself.

Here are a few informal synopsis / blurbs of my novels:

• "Outré"

Monterey Lands by Natalie Rosque.

The roads are tar-ended. The skylines are filthy. The people are diaphanous dreams, with a sense of nothing but sex and cigarettes. God engraved with his fingertips the wide-eyed warmth of their lost, black souls. Mercenaries and assassins are welcomed here, the blood dripping off of their knuckles are praises and their crimes are bible verses.

I've wished to ride through this town with an endless seam of its means but it's locked me and my bloodlust inside. Now I only snarl and growl for the length I want to be. Or the past I longed for.

• "Elementia One: The Raid of the Phoenix"

The Maentersha Insitute, built in 1817, provides a home for those with powers in which mortals could only imagine. Classils, dracils, phansils and its clusters. Almost all Elemental Commanders in the world are kept inside the Institute. Until under the command of a cluster of classils––Blaise, Alizeh, Juris, Cascade––they all escape. Will the Elementias truly gain back their freedom and life they had before the Institute? Or is everything not the way it used to be, or the way they'd seen it be?

• "Luz Muerta De La Luna"

Elara Luna Santiago has no clue what to do after her father's demise. Her mother was the worse of it all throughout the grieving period, causing Elara's mind to erupt and branch out places in the dusty haze of Mexico. She makes sure every day stays the same before the accident––go to school, get straight As. That is until her mother announces they move to America.

Once stepping into the grounds of Beverly Hills, Elara already feels as if she should go back. And then––Bryan the strong-armed. Michel with painted hands. Kaiya the aesthetic soul. Joaquin with flowers in his hair. Along the way of her Senior year, they try to put Elara's mind back into place. Or so they suppose.

If you are considering or if you are going to support me, I cannot thank you enough. All my poetry says terima kasih. That's thank you in Indonesian. If you cannot support by paying, a simple share will really do! I've put all the links to support me in my bio and also in the external links. Thank you so much! Mwah.
