"Don't worry about me Jenna, I promise I'll go to sleep by 1." Tyler smiled and looked up at his beautiful wife. "You promise? Because I trust you." Jenna smiled back and kissed his forehead. "Goodnight. I love you." "I love you too. If you need anything come get me." Tyler gave his wife one last kiss before she went to bed. What do I do now? Tyler thought to himself. I could watch Fight Club again, but it's like 3 hours. I could write music... And that's what Tyler decided to do. He went over to his little work station and got to work.
Once he was done with a few lines, he started to get a headache and leaned back in his chair. He started to close his eyes and drift off, then he quickly snapped up and opened his eyes. "I-I don't wanna sleep right now." He quietly said to himself. He thought about going back to Jenna and just laying beside her, looking at her beautiful face. Or maybe just playing with her hair. He knew that she always liked that. Maybe Josh was awake, Tyler knew that Josh always drank way too much coffee and stayed up late. He got his phone off of the charger and sat down on the couch, opening up their conversation.
Tyler: Hey Josh, you awake?
Josh: Yeah, I'm up. Are you okay? Is something wrong?
Tyler: No no I'm good, I just can't sleep at all.
Josh: Again? Is Jenna already sleep?
Tyler: Yeah she's asleep. I was thinking of watching Fight Club or something if you wanna hang. I know it's like 12, so if you can't I understand
Josh: If it includes Fight Club, I'm in. I'll be over in 10.
Tyler: Okay. See you soon
Tyler shut off his phone and had to find the movie now. He didn't know if it was even on Netflix or Hulu, he couldn't remember. He also knew that he and Jenna had a DVD copy of it, so he got searching. Again, he didn't want to wake up Jenna, so he did it as quietly as he could. A few minutes there was a soft knock on the door, and assuming it was Josh, Tyler tip toed over to the door. "I got my Fight Club cause I didn't know if you had a DVD or whatever." Josh giggled a little and took his shoes off. "Oh thanks. I was just looking for it." Tyler put in the DVD and sat down on the couch, waiting for Josh.
An hour or two into the movie Tyler and Josh started getting mad at the narrator of the movie. They knew he couldn't hear them and it was just a movie, but still.

"YOU'RE NOT AN INSOMNIAC, EVERY TIME YOU FALL ALSEEP TYLER DURDEN COMES OUT!" Josh whisper screamed. Tyler let out a little laugh and smiled. "Geez Josh you're so violent about this movie. I never knew." Tyler laughed again and looked over at him. "Well, I've seen it like 2,000 times and sometimes they just make me mad. JUST LIKE HOW MARTHA CAN'T TELL THEM APART." Josh whisper screamed again. Tyler laughed harder and smiled more.

After an hour or so, they were both asleep and they hadn't even realized it. When the morning came, Jenna didn't see Tyler in bed beside her. She had just figured he had either been in the kitchen making coffee or fell asleep on the couch. She crept out of the bedroom and peeked around the corner. "Tyler?" She saw him on the couch and went over to him. Then she gently put a blanket over him and Josh (no homo) and tip-toed to the kitchen. She turner the coffee pot on and sat down at the table. She turned on her phone and scrolled through Twitter, and giggled a bit when she saw Tyler's tweet.
tylerrjoseph: hangin with josh tonight. we won't stay up too late jenna, i promise.
She smiled and tweeted back to him
jennaajoseph: i trust you honey. btw you fell asleep on the couch w/ Josh. it's precious.
She turned off her phone and put it on the table, then walked over to the coffee maker. Turning it on, she also leaned up a bit and got a coffee cup. She put the cup under the spout (????) and sat back down.
When Tyler and Josh finally woke up, they were a mess. Josh had accidentally slept with his sunglasses on his shirt and they were now crushed. He only brought the sunglasses because "they make me look cooler okay". Tyler, well, (A.N. I just thought "when isn't Tyler a mess?" And NOW I CAN'T STOP LAUGHINg) Tyler always considered himself a mess. But who doesn't? He was obviously kinda cranky about sleeping on the couch and not with his wife, so there's that. When Jenna heard Tyler and Josh get up and stretch, she went out into the living room and smiled. "Hey boys. I've got coffee and breakfast going in the kitchen." Tyler smiled a little and hugged his wife, followed with a little kiss. "Thank you baby." Jenna nodded and looked over at Josh. "I made some for you too, don't worry." She smiled a little and went back to the kitchen.
   Once they were all done with coffee and breakfast, Jenna cleaned up everything and Josh had to go home. He hugged Tyler and Jenna then made his way.
   "So how late did you stay up last night Ty?" Jenna asked once she was done cleaning up. "Oh I don't know. Josh came here at around 12-ish, then we watched Fight Club so maybe about 3?" She nodded a little and gave Tyler a little hug. "I just looooove you and I don't want you to be tired or scared of sleep." Tyler nodded a little and put his hands on top of her arms, then kissed the top of her head lightly. "You know I'm not scared of sleep, right? I-It's just that sometimes I can't fall asleep." Jenna looked up at him and but the inside of her lip. "D-Did I say that? Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean for it to come out like that." "It's okay, I know what you meant." She nodded a little and started to change the subject. "Have you read any good books lately?" Jenna knew her husband loved to read, and he always read about the most fascinating things. "I've just started to read Stephen King's End of Watch. It's really good." She nodded a little and smiled. "I jut finished reading the book version of Fight Club. //spoilers again lmao// In the end, where he decides to shoot himself to get rid of Tyler Durden, instead of not dying, he goes to heaven. And everyone from the support groups are there." //end of them for now// Tyler nodded a little and smiled. "That's cool. You're gonna have to let me read it some time." Jenna nodded and giggled. "Of course, anything for you."
