"It's nice to get out of the house, don't you think ?"

Buff, its getting cold! I wish I had brought my jacket. At least I'm wearing my dark jeans and sneakers!
"Are you cold?"
"No, are you?"- He says.
"Kind of. I forgot my jacket at home."
"Alex, you should have my sweatshirt."
"Thanks, Eric."
I carefully put on his sweatshirt. I feel cold drips of water fall on my soft skin. I can see my breath on thin air. Eric comes closer and holds my hand.
His warm, veiny hand touches mine. I feel nervous around him. I can't stop sweating and I start feeling dizzy. All I see are blurred images. Knees feel weak and blurred images turn to black. Dark, scary, unbreathable black. Did I just die?
"Hello?"
"Anyone, there?"
"Alex"- Whispered a low voice.
My heart raises faster and faster with fear.
"Who said that?"
"Welcome to G.E.M."
"G.E.M?"
"Amethyst, you know what to do."
A beautiful purple gem appeared in the pitch black darkness. It became bigger and bigger by the second. The bright shining of the jewel invaded my eyes. I felt something I had never experienced before. The gem was inches away from the center of my chest. A simple touch and my body starts spinning, I feel a force pulling me up in the air. Am I flying? For a split second I can't see anything, light leaves my sight.
"Find the missing pieces of your stone. Leave this dark room, meet your people and do as you're told. You are not a human. You are a royal stone, that will complete the mission. If you disobey me, you will die in excruciating pain and will never see the light of day."
What the hell is happening here! I'm not a human? I will never see the light of day? What mission?
My body floats down. I touch the cold, wet ground and follow a purple light. It guides me to a door.
