the forgotten one

The last day of school

As the bell rings emma grabs her bag and rushes out of the class before James has a chance to talk about last night.
Emma closes her locker and runs out of the school joyful that it was the last day of school, she then spots her friend Rosetta at the school gates waiting for her.
"About time you got here I was starting to think you got attacked by aliens or something" said Rosetta as they walked to her house.
"Pfft yea right by the time the aliens get ahold of me they would send me right back saying this woman's crazy take her back we don't want her!" Emma replied while she pickpocket's the guy walking by.
"Yea sure they will and you really need to stop doing things like that your going to end up in jail one day and I won't be the one bailing you out woman" Rosetta snapped back.
Emma then rolls her eyes as they go inside rosetta's house "And that day will never happened but if it somehow does come I would have a master plan to escape".
"Yea but that will add more time to your sentence in jail ya dork" Rosetta said as she playfully punches emma's arm.
"Hey!" says emma, "it will be worth it oh and did your mom say yes to the sleep over tonight my mom doesn't really care."
"Yea she said we can as long as we dont stay up to late and go wondering into the woods" Rosetta replied while smirking.
"Jeez your mom sure knows how to ruin the fun even after all these years of trying to teach her" Emma says as she sits on the couch next to Rosetta. Rosetta then turns on the TV to the news while pulling out her phone and saying, "yea well thats my mom for ya if you dont like it well get over it".
"Well at least you have a mom that will care my mom doesn't care for me at all" replies Emma as Tyler, Rosetta's brother, walks down the stairs.
"That must suck what about your dad where is he?" Aks Rosetta.
"Her dad is probably in jail or something" replies tyler as he grabs a bag of chips.
"No he isn't in jail in fact I dont know where he is he kinda just bailed on us after I was born" Emma says.
"Oh that must suck well let's order some pizza then" Rosetta tells them.
"YES I LOVE PIZZA ITS MY FUTURE GIRLFRIEND!" Yells tyler as he dances.
"Shut up and keep it down we dont need the neighbors to come knocking on our door again" Rosetta whispers.
"Y'all are funny now if you excuse me I'm going to order some pizza" Emma says as she walks to the kitchen to order pizza.
"was that sarcasm? I think that was sarcasm" replied Tyler.
"Seriously this is the reason I wonder why you are top of your class" Rosetta tells Tyler.
"Hey thats not nice unlike you they know perfection when they see it" Tyler says while giving a sly grin.
"Yea yea I'm sure they do ya dummy" Rosetta tells Tyler for the third time that day.
