First the Worst

My names Tami Lynn and I'm hoping a 5 hour plane ride better was worth it. I just moved to L.A from my home The Bahamas to join Buzzfeed's crew. I had worked at a prominent production company back home and had applied for a job at Buzzfeed. After countless weeks of waiting I had been accepted and now I'm in my apartment collapsed on the bed. I'll be joining the Ladylike team (totally the opposite) and I'm so excited. I have today to rest but tomorrow morning I start my first day at work. Right now I'm only concerned with finishing my first day in L.A!

After unpacking my stuff I head out to take a look around the neighborhood. L.A is such a busy place so lots of stuff is near by. After walking for about a block I notice a Starbucks and praise the heavens. I order a Caramel Frappucino and my biggest pet peeve, they spelled my name wrong "Temy" ugh. I decide to shrug it off and head outside after paying. I stand next to potted plant and admire the scenery and sip on my drink. Suddenly I feel a warm liquid on my foot.

Its a fucking dog
Pissing on my foot
Fucking great

I look to find the owner and boy did I find him. I walked right into him, spilling my drink all over my shirt. GREAT. The man apologizes and buys me a new drink. (He had to. He saw the fire in my eyes that was about to be released)

It starts getting dark but my clothes are still fucked so I head into a nice store and treat myself to some new Converse with plack skinny jeans and a cute crop top.

I plop down on my bed releasing a big sigh that let out all my struggles through the day . I just hope tomorrow won't be the same. I guess the first day is always the worst.
