It was August 22nd around 8:00 p.m. when she heard the first cry of her last baby. "We'll name her Auburn. Auburn Rose LeBlanc." The little baby girl was 8 pounds and 8 ounces, and she was very healthy. Her big brown eyes stared curiously at her parents as they drove her home from the hospital. When the car approached their minty green home, they saw little blue and brown eyes peeking through the windows, eager to see their new baby sister. The parents, Anne and Chris, brought the baby to the door and were almost tackled by the two small children. Layla, who was three years of age, and Andy, who was 18 months old, hurried over to their mommy and daddy. The parents told them to be gentle, but they could touch the newborn.

They had looks of awe on their faces. "Do I have a sister or a brother?" Layla asked eagerly.
"You have a baby sister, honey," replied the mommy.
"Wow!" she exclaimed.
"Shh..let her sleep, honey."

The mother finally made her way into the home and was too exhausted to entertain the children, so she went to bed with the newborn.
