Chapter 26

Sarah.. Jai's secret.. getting back with Josh? I shoved my phone in my pocket and walked back into my room. I know I haven't known Jai that long.. but he seemed to tell me everything, he wouldn't hide anything from me would he?

"Come on Tee! We need to get ready!" Dani snapped me out of my thoughts as I went to get my dress hanging from my wardrobe. 
"Who was that on the phone.. I could hear you getting a bit angry outside." I couldn't tell her what had happened. 
"Oh it was just people trying to sell me stuff, pissed me off so I tried to sound angry to stop them doing it again!" 
"Hahaha! Nice one, I'll have to try that sometime! Now slip your dress on and I'll straighten your hair for you!" She seemed to buy it so I just tried to forget what had happened and get on with getting ready.

The meal

The food here is lush! We all got different things pretty much, but everyone ended up trying other people's dinner. I was having a great time with the boys, I was sat in between Dani and Jai. Luke was sitting next to Dani and the three other boys Gina and management spread around. 

"So I'd just like to congratulate you all for doing so well with the meetups! But we really want to start  branching further out again, we're thinking of doing a tour of Austrailia, and then flying over to America!" We all started cheering, this was great news!
"And as the girls are both signed with us now, we have nothing to worry about!" I froze, everything around me was muffled. I could still hear them cheering and clinking glasses together but all I could think about was the phone call.

The phone call I wanted to forget. Management did have something to worry about. Jai's secret. I felt my eyes blur as the tears started to brim. I didn't want to move back to England and be with the boy that cheated on me, lied to me, and made me feel like shit. I wanted to be here, with my friends.. and the boy I love! I felt a squeeze on my leg and looked down to it. Dani's. I looked up to her face and she shot me a look meaning that she knew something was wrong and did we need to talk? I nodded my head and she grabbed her back and opened her purse to get some money out.

"I'm not feeling too great everyone, I think I'm going to head home. Tia can you come with me?" I gave a small "Mhm" and started gathering my things together. "Thanks for the delicious food, here's some money towards it!" She kissed Luke and grabbed my hand as we stood up. I kept my head down when I felt someone else grab my other hand, Jai. I looked up at him and he looked confused. I leant down and kissed him on the cheek, giving him a small smile and thanking everyone for the food quietly before leaving with Dani. 

The taxi ride home was silent, tears fell down my cheeks as Dani still held my hand. I knew I'd have to tell her as soon as we got in. The car came to a stop and we got out the cab, Dani giving the guy some money before we walked up to the house. 
"Go upstairs and get in your pj's I'll bring up a cup of tea and some biscuits yeah?" I felt a small smile grow on my face as I started to walk upstairs. Dani always knows what makes me feel better when I'm in a shit mood. 

I walked into my room, stripping from my dress and heels and slipping some shorts and one of Jai's tops and hoodies on to get snuggly. I walked to the bathroom and sorted out my horrible panda eyes before walking back to my room seeing Dani already in her pjama's perched at the end of the bed. 

I sat down cautiously, took a deep breath in and just spilled everything out. 

"Sarah phoned, she wants me back under her management, with Josh. She told me she had a secret of Jai's that she'll release to the media if I don't come back. I have to leave Jai, for Josh!" I burst into tears and she just comforted me, telling me to let it all out. We must have sat there for ages.

Jai's POV

She was fine for the whole meal and then she just froze. I didn't know what was going on, I saw everyone cheering at the news of touring but she didn't seem interested. As if she was in her own little world. I wanted to comfort her, but didn't want to bring too much attention to her. She looked at Dani for a second and nodded. 

"I'm not feeling too great everyone, I think I'm going to head home. Tia can you come with me?" I heard Tia make a small noise in agreement and starting getting her stuff, avoiding my view. As she got up I grabbed her hand and looked at her, her eyes about to break with tears. Why wasn't she happy? I hated feeling like I knew nothing, she's the girl I love and I'm seeing her on the verge of crying. Her and Dani left in a hurry and we all just sat around the table in silence. 

"Jai, do you wanna finish our food and then go too?" Luke said. I looked at him and nodded, grabbing my plate and moving two spaces up to sit next to him. We all finished our food quietly, no one said a word. I bet the other customers were happy with the peacefullness rather than the loud noise we were making earlier. We settled the bill quickly and left to get into Beau's and mum's cars. 

We got back home fast and I ran into the house up the stairs to Tia's room. I was about to knock and then stopped.

"I have to leave Jai, for Josh!" I froze, she was leaving me? For the prick that cheated, lied and tried to con her?! Why the fuck would she want to be back with him?!!? I thought she loved me? And she's leaving me for that asshole! I turned around and stomped back down the stairs collapsing on the sofa.

"You alright bro?"
"Piss off Luke"
"Hey, don't get moody with me!" I didn't reply and just sat watching TV for about half an hour. That was when we heard footsteps coming down the stairs and some giggling. 
"Hey, sorry we left earlier! I feel a lot better now!" Dani said and went and sat next to Luke kissing him on the cheek and started to cuddle. I looked at Tia, who was wearing my hoodie.. she looked so good in that.. wait she's going to break up with you idiot!

I looked away back to the TV screen as I felt her move around behind the sofa and sit down beside me. I automatically tensed so she tried to see that I was pissed off. She looked at me with a confused face, I could see out of the corner of my eye she was trying to see what was wrong, but I tried my hardest to blank her. I stayed tense as she tried to snuggle into my chest. I could see everyone out of the corner of my eye too trying to see what was going on, it was obviously clear that I didn't want Tia snuggling against me. 

I heard her sigh, which she always does when she's tired of trying. "What's wrong ey?" sounding her normal cheery self. How dare she.

"You know what's wrong Tia." I said standing up infront of her, all eyes were on us and everything was silent apart from the programme on TV. 
"No, I don't?" She sounded confused, and weak.
"YOU ARE GOING TO LEAVE ME FOR YOUR FUCKING EX WHO USED YOU!" I shouted, my blood boiling, I could feel my face red from rage. Tia shrunk back into the chair stuttering. 
"That's...that's not.."
"THAT'S NOT WHAT TIA? THE TRUTH? BECAUSE YOU KNOW AND I KNOW IT IS! I HEARD IT THROUGH YOUR DOOR!" Tears were rushing down her face and her hands were shaking as she stood up infront of me.
"Let me explain, it's not what you think.." She managed to squeak out, trying to come up to me but I shoved her back.
"No, what I think is right isn't it? I thought you loved me, I thought we had something special here Tia. Obviously not when all you want is your stupid ex."
"I do love you Jai!"
"I'm not hearing it anymore, fuck off out of this house back to England."

well that was dramatic! I thought I had to repay you guys as you've been commenting and voting loads for me to update and I haven't:( I haven't had the time recently! I've just been sooo busy, but I'm trying to get into a routine to balance revision with this because I know how many of you love it, and so do I:D
