A faux Eden hides in Georgia
It's wonders usually go unseen by many
Only those who know the importance of solitude may indulge in it's wonders
The garden holds wonders anomalies
Not the grotesque and vile monsters portrayed in comics or television
But the immaculate and majestic prodigies
The beings inside are fragile and can't survive in the normal environment
They've been nutured and raised in the garden
Touched only by time
I've seen them
Every character has been burned into the folds of my brain
Never to be forgotten no matter how many times my brain may be battered by time
There was a woman
Her skin was emerald, and her eyes were forever closed
Her hair was a cascading waterfall of flower petals
The petals were subdued hues of blue, yellow, and purple
Her slender hand held a smooth waterfall that fed her family of tulips
The woman is one of many in the faux Eden
Two hooded cobras with lavender vines entwined in their scales guarded a bridge
A shaggy dog leaps and bounds among the roses with its fur hanging like Spanish moss
This garden is a sanctuary for plants
It saves plants from being eradicated by mankind
It shows the natural beauty of a simple leaf or a wilted flower petal
While I was there, I totally forgot about the city looming behind me
Technology no longer had a grasp on my mind
I could feel the world again
I could feel the sunlight kissing my cheeks
And the wind twisting through my curly hair
Never will I forget the way I felt
When I saw the absolutely
Beautiful
Beautiful Anomalies
