BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! The alarm went. Sarah smacks the alarm clock, and rises from the bed, slowly. Her messy blonde hair, falls to her shoulders. Her brown and blue eyes, slightly closed, blink repeatedly at the clock. The clock read: 7:15 AM. She puts her feet on the cold tile, and stretches while letting out a long, deep yawn. She rose from the bed slowly looking around her teal room filled with Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail, Twenty one Pilots, and Melanie Martinez posters. She sat in front of her mirror staring at white feathers; her wings. She slowly closed her eyes, the wings disappeared into white dust. She opened her eyes, to see nothing but her reflection. She looked at the polaroid pictures on the baby blue rim of her mirror. She grabs her black, zebra print hairbrush, and slowly brushes her wavy blonde hair.
"Honey! Hurry up, you're gonna be late!"
"Comin' Ma!"
Sarah, quickly grabbing her black backpack, bolted down stairs. She takes a drink of almond milk, and grabs a piece of toast, and bolts out the door. She hops into her mom's car, thankful she made it before she had to walk. It was Sarah's first day at a new high school. She's transferred so many times, she doesn't bother making any new friends, because chances are, she'll transfer before she knows it.
"Are you planning to do anything Ma?"
"No." Sarah's mom answered hesitantly. Sarah took a long hard look at her mom.
"Lucky! You're having lunch with David! Take me with you!" Sarah had read her mother's mind. Her mom looked at her, astonished. David had been her mom's co-worker, and old friend. Sarah had asked her dad the same question, he gave the same answer.
"You're going to the hotel with Jennifer? Lucky! She's super nice!"
"Honey?! What is she saying?!" Sarah's mom scowled, and yelled at the passenger seat.
"I-It's not what you think!!! What about you and David?!" her dad fired back.
"Darling, you know I would never do such a thing!"
They turned slowly to see a brightly smiling blonde girl. Her dad was speechless.
"Let's just talk about this when we get back, okay?" her mom asked her dad, lightly stroking his back. He gave a long sigh of disappointment, and turned around shaking his head.

~~Time Skip to School~~

Sarah was sitting at her desk in homeroom, fiddling with her fingers nervously. A brown haired, blue eyed boy, sat next to Sarah. She continued staring down at her white converse, not realizing someone had just sat next to her.
"...Hey..." The boy spoke. She turned to face him, shocked someone spoke to her. His brown hair, covered his right eye, and his blue eyes, sparkled when the sunlight hit him.
"Uhmmmm h-hi...?" Sarah responded nervously. Her blonde hair covered her red face.
"You're new here, right?" The boy asked. Sarah nods slowly. She didn't want to get close to him. She didn't want to have to lose someone close to her again.
"I'm Mike." he said looking into her eyes. His blue eyes stared deeply into her soul, Sarah couldn't help but blush.
"I-I'm Sarah..." she said smiling brightly.
This, she thought, could be my new beginning...
