Let me sleep

My grades are falling,
I'm failing school
My performance is starting to worry others,
They might know what's up.

Mental health is dropping,
All because of you.
Will you ever let me sleep?

As I lay here awake,
It's 3am once again.
I'm waiting here for you.
Can you finally let me sleep?

I'm waking up again,
3 hours after you put me to sleep,
That must be a record,

It's too soon to get up,
Yet it's too late for me to try and sleep again.

My head is pounding,
My body is dizzy,
I have nobody to thank but you.

Although I'm not refreshed,
I make it through the day.
Will you come and put me to rest?
