Never Thought It Would Be You ( Maria x Autumn )

♥ Chapter 1:Can't catch me! ♥

I walked down the sidewalk of a small town I lived in. I walked aside my best friend Gianna. We saw a market that sold manga and anime. I ran in and opened up the glass door as she chased after me. I saw 5 girls in a group. I only knew 4.
"Muffin,Anime,Maria,Birb!" I yelled excitedly . Birb ran up to Gianna and grabbed her wrist. "WAIFU!" Birb yelled at Gianna. I had a confused look on my face. I thought she was with Maria? Oh well. Anime was still short as always. And yet a tall girl with pale skit was talking to muffin.
"Muffin,who's this?" I questioned. Tilting my head like a puppy.
" Oh! This is Jaelyn. She's straight like you though. RIP. " She said and laughed a bit.
"Very funny Muffin, But I am not sure about that" I laughed.
Maria looked at me for a second. And looked away.
"Maria's a little upset that Birb and Gianna are kinda a thing." Muffin said while Anime stood on a table next to her.
" I'M TALL NOW! " She yelled teasingly to Muffin.
"Okay then ..." She said and ran after her girlfriend.
I sat next to Maria and hugged her. " I'm sorry about what happened." I said sweetly and she gave me one of those sad-ish smiles. "My waifu was Gianna,but she left me for Birb" I said frowning.  She smiled and stood up,yanking my wrist. "Hey,wanna check out some manga?" She said happily. " Sure! " I squealed. She dragged me to the bookshelf as Muffin and Anime looked at us.
"Anime,they need to get together,they seem cute together,and Maria has been attached to Autumn since they started talking with me and you." Muffin said.
" CUPID WILL GET THEM TOGETHER! " She said and did a superhero pose. As me and Maria walled over with bags of manga that we bought. "What was that?" Me and Maria asked giggling. " Oh,nothing! " Anime said smiling. I looked at the wall and grabbed a stink bug,knowing Maria was terrified of stink bugs and chased her with it. "YOU'LL NEVER CATCH ME ALIVE!" She yelled in the store. The clerk was looking at us. We had been going to this same place because they had coffee and some other drinks here. We would sit and chat for hours. But even though I was attached to Maria and she was attached to me. I liked her as something more, but there's no way that a relationship would appear like that between the two of us. Right?
