"Y/N?" Cas questioned, panic entering his voice as he asked, "What's going on?" I clutched my head and curled up on the floor against the couch. "Y/N? Answer me," he urged, his voice rising.
"Visions..." I mumbled, getting flashes. I got a flash of Dean lying on the ground with a blank, glassy look in his eyes and his body mutilated and bloody.
I sat bolt upright and said, "We've got to go help Dean."

I flung the door of my beloved Camaro closed and ran into the warehouse with Cas on my heels. "Sam! Dean!" We shouted randomly, looking in every place we could see.
"SAMMY? DEAN?" I shouted, looking around helplessly. I fell to the ground as another wave of pain hit and I seen the room. Hey... we just passed it like five minutes ago. "Cas, this way," I said, grabbing his hand and dragging him down the hall with me. When we got to the room, Dean was unconscious and very hurt. Sam was fighting them off and was shocked to see me there. "I'm coming to save your asses yet again," I muttered angrily, getting the gun from my pocket.
"Hey wolfie!" I shouted tauntingly, causing Dean to stir slightly. The werewolf came closer to me, snarling and snapping her teeth. "Time to say goodbye, bitch," I spat and shot her through the heart with a silver bullet.
"Y/N, you aren't supposed to be here," Dean muttered weakly. "I know but I got a vision," I explained, picking him up by the jacket. Sam gave a shocked look when he heard me say vision but relieved that I was here. "Oh," Dean sighed as he closed his eyes. I slapped him and his eyes darted open. "Why... why did you do that?" He slurred sleepily, causing me to panic.
Cas came over and calmed me down, saying, "Come on, Sam and I will load him into the Impala and I'll get them to the hospital. Then I'll get in the car with you and I'll get you there too."
"Why not save time and do it here?" I asked and he sighed as if I was the stupidest person there. "So you don't have to come back for your cars," he explained in a 'duh' tone.
We got into our respective cars and I closed my eyes when Cas got in with me. "Ready?" He asked and I nodded, bracing myself. "You can open your eyes now, Y/N," he said in an amused tone, causing me to open one eye. We were in the parking lot right next to the Impala. "Awesome," I muttered, getting out and running inside with Cas right behind me.
I panicked as I forgot the name that he had been using, but thankfully Sam came to the rescue. "Come on, his room is this way," he said, grabbing my hand. "Just say the first name," he murmured as he seen the receptionist glaring.
"Hey lady, I'm Dean's wife and his sister in law," I said as we ran past, pointing to Sammy as I finished up. She rolled her eyes and ignored us, leaving me to grab Cas, who was confused. "Why do you say you are his wife if you are not married?" He questioned as we ran down the hallway. "I'll explain later," I muttered, dragging him into the room.
Sam opened the door and his breathing hitched, as did mine. We all went and occupied the chairs next to his bed, and I shook my head as I sighed heavily.
If he had just let me come in the first place, this wouldn't be a problem. "Dean I swear to God if you don't wake up," Sam muttered snappishly, finding ways to blame himself as he continued muttering under his breath.
"Sammy, you're not at fault," I told him, earning a groan from him. "Actually, Y/N, it is," he said, saying, "I had a vision." I sighed and moved my chair closer to his, "So did I."
