Chapter 1: Cupcake Break

Our story starts with everypony's favourite super heroes, The Power Ponies, Masked Matter-Horn (Aka Twilight Sparkle) with the power of freezing things with her horn, Saddle Rager (Aka Fluttershy) with the power to transform into a huge monster when mad, Mistress Mare-Velous (Aka Apple Jack) with a rope which she can control through thought, Radiance, (Aka Rarity) with her fabulous jewellery that can make anything appear in thin air, Zap (Aka Rainbow Dash) with the power of making storms appear with her lightning bolt pendant, Fili Second (Aka Pinkie Pie) can run extremely fast, and me, the narrator and super stupid, useless sidekick, Hum-Drum (Aka Spike) with no power whatsoever.

Anyways, enough about me, we were all at Pinkies for a slumber party to celebrate that we, I mean I defeated Mane-Iac. Here's a quick recount:

The power ponies were sprayed by the Mane-Iacs Hairspray-Ray-Of-Doom which freezes you right in your tracks. I managed to capture most of the henchmen, including the one spraying the Power Ponies when the spray would start to ware off allowing them to take out Mane-Iac!

It was all so awesome!

"Spike! Almost done? Who are you chit-chatting with?" "One sec Pinkie Pie!"

Sorry about that. Forgot to mention that I've been talking to myself this entire time in Pinkies bathroom mirror. Guess I was taking too long.

I walked out the bathroom to see Pinkie holding her breath. "I can't hold it anymore!" Pinkie said running past me. Everypony just stared at me awkwardly. "You know Spike, we don't think you're a stupid and useless sidekick like you said." Twilight told me. "Why... Why would you think I would say a silly thing like that?" I said nervously chuckling. Everypony glared. The bathroom door swung open smacking me to the ground. "Who wants to take a cupcake break?" Pinkie exclaimed. Everyponys glares turned to fun laughter and they all ran off with Pinkie without me. "I'm always getting in the way." I said to myself.
