Quiet (New Odell Story)

Part 1

"I don't know I'm enrolling your dumbass to school. You can't talk anyway. With yo dumbass."

 I heard my own mother say to herself while cooking my breakfast. I put my head down so she won't see the hurt in my eyes and the tears that wants to form at the brim of my eyelids. She threw my plate of  pancakes with bacons and pineapples to me. "Dumb child" she mumbled while shaking her head and went upstairs. I ate my breakfast slowly as I thought about how school going to be. Is it going to be good? Is I'm gone make some friends? Like a lot of stuff on my mind on how my first day of school at JHS (Johnson High School).

I finished my breakfast and went upstairs to tell my Mother that I'm done. I went in my room to grab my book bag. I checked that I had my binder, tablet, pens and pencils and my schedule. I looked in the mirror one more time to check my outfit. A black tank top with some light blue skinny jeans that make my ass look bigger then it already looked with my black sandals.When I made outside my mom was just cranking the car. I made sure the door was lock before I got in the car.

It was a 15 minute drive to school, she park the car in front of the school. She wrote a note earlier about my autism and wanted me to go to the main office and tell them about my autism. I got out the car and my mother drove off without a care  in the world that her baby girl going to school that have autism and doesn't speak (note the sarcasm). I took a deep breath before I went inside the building.

The hallways smelled like must and perfume, the jocks was giving blows to the face to nerds, then after the cheerleaders would be all mushy gushy with the jocks feeling on their muscles and stuff. I just shook my head. I heard the school bell ring and everyone was rushing to their class. The hallways was now empty. I found my way to the main office. It was filled with chaos like nothing was organized. I went up to the lady. It took her a good 5 minutes to notice me, nut I know the bitch saw me when I open them doors buts its ok.

"What is it?" I gave her the paper since I couldn't talk. "Alright Ma'Liyahh go sit down and wait there till you are call okay?'' I nodded my head and sat down in one of those uncomfortable ass chairs. I grab my phone out my back pocket and started playing Subway Surfers. I had almost beat my high score when the bells of the doors chimed made me look up and made me messed up.

''What happen this time Odell?''  The lady at the front desk asked while rolling her eyes and smirking. "Ms. Williams I didn't do nothing at all. I just came 20 minutes late to class." Odell said with a innocent smile on his face. "Really Odell? This is the first day of school and you wanna be late. What was you doing?" Ms. William ask. " That's none of your business Ms. William. Can I just get a pass to class please?'' Ms. William sigh. " Alright Odell just a minute." She typed on her computer and started writing stuff down on a little small pink sheet of paper. "Here you go Odell. Don't start this school year off bad." she said while handing him the little small note. He smiled at her and winked. '' Don't worry Ms. William I won't.'' he said while looking at the note to make sure the information was right. "You said that last year Dell.'' " I know Ms. I promised it won't " Odell said laughing. ''Mhmm now gone and get to class now. Don't want you to be late then you always is." Ms. William said while going back to her computer. "Alright. See ya later."

When he turned around and went to the door. When he open the door and looked at me. I thought my heart had stop beating for a moment. He smiled at me with a smile that can make you take off your panties for him. He was tall with muscles and blonde noodle like hair. He smirked and winked at me and left the office. I finally caught my breath that I didn't know that I was holding till Ms. William told me to go to the Principle office. I got up, grab my stuff and went to the back that said '' Principle Coburn Office".
