The End

Breathless hope,

A never ending loop,

She would never escape,

She was destined to this fate,

She wished and prayed,

In that retched place she stayed,

A place where he didn't exist,

A place where you couldn't even make one wish,

She knew,

Somehow, that this all was true,

Her soul growing weak evermore,

The smile on her face every grows a little more sour,

A tear stained face,

As she stayed chained to this place,

Where her nightmares were reality,

A place where she could never be free,

Every day she wished for a sign,

Even a single cloud in the sky,

But nothing ever changed,

No new plans were rearanged,

Time was her enemy,

Trapped in this placed for eternity,

Her white wings black and wilted,

Her skin was pale with dotted dirt blothces,

Upon her face the dirt mingled with the tears,

Causing her face to be a bit more muddier,

A whisper from the dark,

A single little spark,

Her eyes widened in fright,

She wondered what was this,

Did someone finally answer her wish?

A hand made it's appearance,

A frail bony stance,

But it held it's own,

Although all alone,

The girl was lonely,

Was this her chance to be free?

Death or life, she wanted one, didn't matter which,

As long as someone answered her wish.

She reached out her hand,

The shackles chaning her melted to sand,

The bony fingers pulled her through,

To a place bright and new.

The light absorbed her whole,

Leaving nothing, even capturing her long lost soul,

Her voice was returned,

The truth she would learn.

 This was it, though,

The end or so,

One would say that,

A funny one at that I do grant.

But nothing is ever the end,

And that is a message well said.
