"Goodbye mike." I said as I nervously walked toward the chalkboard at the front of the classroom. Mike sat there, in the back of the room, crying as he watched me pace toward the demogorgan. I was terrified, but I knew I had to do this. The lights flickered on and off as I started to attack that monster, the one that almost killed the only one I love. I disappeared into the upside down, and looked around at the cold, dark, damp place I now was in. I knew I was not alone, but pretended I was. The monster was here somewhere, I could feel it, I just didn't know where. Meanwhile, in Hawkins Indiana, in that cozy home, Mike stared at the fort of blankets and pillows he had made for eleven. A tear rolled down his cheek, and when he closed his eyes, all, he could see was that terrible day, the one that ruined his life, and mine. "Mike, are you looking at the fort again?" Dustin asked as he ate his chocolate pudding. "We're worried too, but can we at least do one campaign, just to take our minds off of her?" Lucas said hesitantly. "She's gone. She's gone. I miss her. Eleven. She's gone" Mike muttered to himself. Nancy walked down to the basement, and walked over to Mike. "It will be ok, Mike, I promise." She's whispered softly into his ear. Little did she know, that whatever promise anyone made to Mike, would never be as important to him as the one he had with me.
