Lost at Space

My breathing was fast and my chest was tight. I thought my life had ended as me and my friends were sucked into a black hole. I slowly opened my eyes and it was pitch black inside the space ship. Looking around I didn't see anyone. I was in my sleeping lounge. I looked out my window and I saw we were floating around in a new galaxy...universe.... A new world. I ran to my door and opened it, beginning to look for my team.

"Hello?! Guys?!" I looked around then perked up when I heard some banging on a door. I ran to the sound and jolted back when the door came crashing down. A tall pale boy with black hair,  walked out of a lounge breathing hard. I noticed who it was.
"KEITH! Oh thank God your ok! W-what was wrong with your door?"

He starred at be and catched his breath, rubbing his arm. "Damn thing got stuck. What the hell happened. Where are we?"

"I don't know... we must be in the black hole. Or... A new world? Universe? Galaxy?! Who knows! That's not important right now. We gotta see if the rest of the team is ok. Who knows. With the pressure from the black hole, some could be hurt." Keith nodded and we ran around looking for others. Going down every corridor, we find no one. Keith stops on the way to the storage unit and tells me to stop.
"What's wrong?"

We looked around then we both paused when we heard a giggle. Opening the door, Keith stepped in first and then me. He glared at two people making love. "Nice to know you two think it's a great idea to make out when we were being sucked into a black hole." Keith said. I giggled and the girl looked away, blushing. The guy chuckles and turns to Keith.

"Your just jealous you can't even get a girl to kiss." They guy smirked.

"Ha ha. Very funny. This isn't the time to make jokes Jarred. I'm serious. We need to find the rest of the team to make sure they are ok." Keith said in a serious tone. He growled. "At times I wondered how you even got on this team." Keith left and i looked over and Jarred gave the girl a kiss on the neck. She looked away embarrassed and I left. Keith ran into the control room and found one of the geeks in there working.

"Jay, are you ok?" I walked in seeing Keith talking to him. The geek looked at me and nodded.

"Yes but the ship is not. Most of the power has been drained when we were trying to escape the black hole. That and I'm trying to find out where we are and.." He types on the computer.
".... We aren't even on the map. It says here the signal isn't found. We can't call home.. We don't know where we are..." He looked at us with worried eyes.

My mind started to think if all the bad things.
"My mom.... Will I ever see her again? Will we ever see our families and friends again?" I looked at the guys and Keith starred at the ground. Jarred entered the room. "Well Mr. Orphan over there probably wouldn't miss his family." He laughed and I punched his shoulder.

"Quit It! Go make out with your girl or do something useful. You may not give a crap about anything but we do. We wanna get home and see people who actually care about us. I'm like you." Jarred glared at me and left. Me and Keith left the room then looked around more. After about an hour we found the entire team.. but.. no captain.

"Where the he'll is the captain. She should be here! She got on the ship." Keisha, a tall beautiful black girl with blue eyes, said with her hand on her hip.

"Jay, check the security camera, and pull it up."
Keith said.

"On it-.. wait a second.. on of the escape pods are missing." Jay said as he began to pull up the security camera. He switched through the videos and stopped at the bottom deck camera. He rewinded it and stopped it when it showed captain.  He then played it. We watched our captain get into an escape pod and left right before we were taken into the black hole. All of us were shocked.

"...That bloody fuckin bitch. The lass just left us like that?!  What the bloody hell was she thinking?!" Oliver, a Scottish ginger said in fury.

"She just left us like this.. I can't believe it.." I looked down at the ground. "How will we ever get home.."
