Narrator POV
A normal day at school for all the students of a small town, until one of the most popular girls walked up to the most feared girl at school. "Hey. say you hate vampires" she said out of the blue. the other girl looked up at her. "Excuse me?" she asked. "Do it or i'll tell everyone at school you like them-" she was cut off by the one she tried to threaten. "and if you do then i'll post the video of what you were doing in the second floor bathroom, and everyone will know how much of a slut you are." The popular girl grew red as a tomato, and stormed out of the room.
The feared girl, Jess, smirked at what she'd accomplished, and started doodling on her arm. The teacher then walked into the room and began teaching class. Jess put her pen back in her coat pocket and sat through the lecture. it was about the Human-Vampire war. again. She sighed, she'd already heard the same thing since she was old enough to be in school. "Vampires are evil, avoid them at all costs" but what no one knew, was that Jess' parents were saved during the war by the vampire king and queen at the time, losing their own lives to do so. her family dedicated their lives to protecting the vampires after their king and queen died.
The popular girl from before came back in, with a security officer behind her. She was in handcuffs. she walked past Jess and snarled in her ear, "The only reason you're feared is because your father is part of the security team here. if it weren't for that, I would've happily reported you to the headmaster" the girl was then led out of the room by the security guard.
Jess put her face on her desk and made an annoyed-sounding noise. Today was going to be a long day.
