Yes in a way i do believe that this will happen because right now we are using technology for a lot of things and we are depending on it.In the other way i believe it wont happen because some people are scared of it and want to do away with it but others want to keep it around for good use. If someone was in a war and they loose a arm or a leg then they would probably get a robotic arm but they can invent robots to do that stuff for them so they don't really need their body or a part of their body robotic.I think the future will have a lot of more technology that fixes things and helps you out but one thing we don't need is a human being half robotic.Making a human half robotic could be dangerous they could harm people and possibly even die depending on what happens.It would help the war but it could also turn against you and then it would all be bad because you don't know how to stop it.
