Evanna Blake lay on her bed in the dormitory that she shared with (in her opinion) the three greatest people of all time. Bringing her knees up to her chest, she let two silent tears fall down her smooth, freckled cheeks and onto her bare knees.
It was the middle of spring, but the weather outside was beautiful, so all she wore was a white tank top and a pair of black denim shorts. Everybody else was outside, enjoying the weather, having just sent out their mother's day presents. This was one of the worst days of the years for Evanna, along with Halloween, her birthday and father's day.
Why her? Why did her parents have to be so god-damn, bloody brave and hunt down Grindelwald? Why did they have to die?
Suddenly, the door flew open and Evanna was smothered by three lanky bodies. Letting out a small shriek of surprise, she rolled onto her back, only to be met with three pairs of familiar eyes; hazel, almond and grey. Each thirteen year old face was grinning, wicked looks in their eyes. Evanna sighed.
"Oh, merlin what did you do this time?" She breathed out, raising an eyebrow.
"Well... Nothing bad per say," Sirius replied cheekily.
"What we've done... It's actually more weird than bad," Remus elaborated, his eyes flashing.
"Do I want to know?" Evanna asked, turning to James. He grinned.
"May...be," he replied irritatingly.
"Out with it!" She snarled at them all. And so, beaming at her, they pushed a pillow over her eyes and told her to keep it there until they said so. She felt the bed springs creak as they removed themselves from it, which only made her much more nervous.
What were they doing?
"Okay! You can look now!" She heard Sirius yell out. Reluctantly moving the pillow, Evanna took one glance at the scene before her and cried out, covering her eyes with her hands.
"No! No, no, no, no, no! This isn't happening! What on earth are you idiots doing?" She cried through her laughs.
"Cheering you up!" Remus said. Evanna slowly took her hands from her eyes once more and examined what was in front of her.
James and Remus stood there in all their glory, hands on their hips, smiles plastered on their faces and wearing two of her bras. James had squeezed himself into her neon pink one and Remus had shoved himself into her black one. However, if this wasn't bad enough, then there was Sirius.
He stood with his back to her, bent over slightly with a third bra on his bum. Each bright orange cup on each cheek, he had tied the arm straps around his legs and the other strap around his waist.
Evanna was crying with laughter, tears streaming down her face for a completely different reason to earlier. She clutched her stomach, her long dark hair swinging over face and her fringe covering her jade eyes.
"So? Did it work, Evie?" Sirius asked, grinning as he used the nickname she only allowed him to use.
"Come on, 'Vanna, did it work?" Remus asked again.
Evanna could only chuckle in response, jumping up and wrapping her skinny arms around the necks, as they hugged her waist, jumping around the dorm happily.
