"Laura stop, I'm driving. I'll call you when I'm off the motorway."
I put my phone down before I heard my sister reply. she'd just want me to talk longer. She doesn't care about safety all she cares about is what Lucy said to John the other day. Typical.
I decide to turn on the radio when Gorillaz starts to play. I sing to all the songs playing, enjoying myself so much I miss my turn.
"Oh for gods sake." I mutter, suddenly my ringtone plays making me jump. The wheel starts to turn out of control and I scream. Desperately, I try to grab it or at least do something. The whole car is turning and all I can think is why did Laura call me at that moment? Why didn't she just wait like I asked?
That's when I heard the truck's horn and I looked up. It couldn't stop, I was doomed.
A couple seconds later it hit me. From then on all I could hear was faint sounds of traffic my own scream.
