There where me words to describe her that hadn't been used one million times on other girls and even those where a poor choice. Honestly I don't think there are any words to truely capture the way she looked and the way she was. I loved that girl with every cell in my body ever since the day we met.
She sat down next to me at the bar one evening after a long shift at work. She said her boss was an asshole for a lack of better words. I bought her a few shots and eventually we where both to drunk to stand. We leaned on each other for support as we swayed our way into the Uber. She fell asleep almost instantly on my shoulder so we ended up at my place. I layed her on the bed and she curled up with my blanket. It was adorable in all honesty and that's when I started to like her. I layed out on the couch and put on the TV as soft as I could. It wasn't long before she called my name from the other room.
I got up and went to see what the matter was, but with her eyes closed she asked me to lay with her. I was not one to objectify to such an invitation.
The birds chirp in the morning seemed a little less obnoxious the next morning and my room a little brighter. I turned toward her to look at her face and sadly to say not all women wake up as princess. I chuckled to myself and carefully got up. I made coffee and some breakfast for us and shook her shoulder for her to wake up.
After breakfast we spent the most amazing afternoon with each other. She kicked my ass at video games and cooked us the most wonderful lunch. We snuggled close when it rained later that day and watched our favorite movies. The day went on as if we had known each other our whole life.
As she got ready to leave for the night she kissed me deep and I returned the favor. She looked down and told me something I couldn't beleive. She left and that was the last time I was to see her.
Her secret danced in my head that night though... She had told me I suffered an accident and now suffer memory loss and one memory was of my wife, of her. It was amazing and made the day more clear. All I could do was cry myself to sleep...
She sat next to me at the bar after a long day's work...
