Adrien heard his phone go off, it as a message from Nino no doubt. No..Alya? Adrien hadn't heard from her for a while. It had only been a year since graduation, but he didn't expect to hear from her since they hadn't talked much since. He smiled at his phone, knowing one of his friends wanted to talk to him.
He hadn't really talked to anyone from their class since senior year, aside from Nino and Max. He had been so busy with his new life. He had gotten out of the modeling business and away from his father. He went off on his own to America, working Stan animal shelter.
Without hesitation he opened the message..
Alya: Hey, Adrien! Been a while, huh? We'd all love to see you again...by we I mean me, Nino, Max, Alix, Kim...and Marinette ;)
Adrien: Hey, Alta! I'd like to see you guys too! And tell you all about everything here. Maybe I could take a little vacation this weekend :)
Alya: That's perfect timing!!
Adrien: Perfect timing? For what, exactly?
Alya: There's a party happening this weekend!! Its..at Chloe's place though..But she's invited everyone from our class she could contact. Kind of like an early reunion..you should totally come!!
Adrien sat there, hesitant..he didn't really wanna see Chloe again, but he did wanna see his old gang. He sat there, thinking to himself about whether or not to go; his thoughts interrupted by another message.
Alya: Oh, I almost forgot! Its not just any party, she's calling it the Miraculous Ball
Adrien: A ball?
Alya: Yeah, so you could come dressed up; Chloe wouldn't even know you're there.. You could wear a mask and just come find us :)
Adrien thought more on this, he could choose who he wanted too see...now this he could work with.
Adrien: Hmm...alright, I'll come :)
Alya: Alright! Lookin' forward to it!
Adrien smiled and got straight to planning his trip. He called to let his boss know he was finally ready to take a vacation and started to plan what he'd wear.
