See You Again

Chapter 1

Amy and Chandler- High school sweethearts, best friends, soulmates. Nothing got inbetween them until Chandler got into the military behind Amys back. Chadler proposed then later that night told amy hes leaving in three days and wont be back for a year. Amy has never been this mad at Chandler. Amy knows that hes going to be serving his country but they dicussed it, more like argued about it all night months ago. He agreed that he wouldnt go.

April 2018 -

Still a shock to me that Chandler is leaving. I've heard stories of what happens over there. It scares me because I don't know what will happen to him. I don't want him to get hurt. I cant believe though that he's leaving tomorrow. I don't want him to go.

"Amy honey will you please come here? We really need to talk, I have to leave in an hour. I cant leave with you mad at me." Said Chandler. I really wanted to say that I guess he wasn't leaving because I'm still mad at him, but I know doing that isn't going to do any good.

"Amy please?" From our bedroom I could hear chandler in the hall trying to not cry. It broke my heart hearing him like that. I had locked myself in our bedroom because I was so mad at him. he was sitting by the door in the hall and I was sitting by the door in our bedroom. "Amy this is something I need to do. My dad did it and this is something I need to do, for him. I don't want you mad at me anymore sweetheart. I just want you to understand that I'm not just doing this for no reason. Please open the door." I could definetly hear tears now.

After 5 minutes I opened the door. I didn't move from where I was though. I just couldn't move. Chandler saw that I had opened the door and crawled into the room and sat next to me. There were tears running down his face. I just sat there saying nothing. I had nothing to say. Eventually I started crying too. Chandler took his hand and wiped the tears off my face. "baby please don't cry."

I look up at chandler with tears in my eyes. He kept taking his hand and wiping them away. "Chandler, I don't want you to get hurt. I know what happened to your dad over there, it terrifies me that it'll happen to you." Chandler doesn't say anything, he just pulls me close to him and hugs me. "Baby you have nothing to worry about. Even if I'm not here ill always be in here." He says as he points to my heart. "That was so cheesy honey." I couldn't help but laugh. "There's that adorable smile. Glad that worked."

He really knows how to make me laugh in super serious or sad moments. He's really the best. I couldn't ask for a better boyfriend...fiancé.

"Chandler can we please promise each other something?"

"Of course sweetheart anything for you my love!"

"Can we please promise to write each other at least once a month?" I looked up at him, trying to hold back tons of tears.
"Amy i'll write to you as much as I can, I promise." He said as he leans in to kiss me softly but passionately. My stomach filled with the feeling of a million of butterflies.

"Amy I have to go now. I love you so much." Chandler looked at me and smiled, I can never resist that smile of his.

"I love you too...so much." I smiled and couldn't help but cry a little bit.

"I'll see you soon my love." Chandler said as he kissed me one last time. Then walked over and opened the front door and left.

I whisper "I'll see you soon." to myself right after the door closes.

...hes really gone, i cant beleive this...
