Next was Dallon. He smiled up at me and I readjusted my sunglasses. I handed him the poster and said, "Hiya, can you sign this?" He nodded, "Sure! What's your name?"
"Y/N."
He chuckled lightly and said, "You know, I have a twin sister named Y/N." I took off my glasses and said, "Dallon, look up." He looked up and right at me. He studied my face carefully and smiled, laughing in disbelief. "Oh my God! It's you! Oh my. . . stay after the meet and greet, ok? I wanna catch up." I nodded and said, "Yeah ok."
I stepped up to Ryan and handed him the poster. "Will you sign this please?" I asked, watching my ex-boyfriend with a sad smile. "Yeah sure," he said with a smile, "What's your name, pretty lady?" He asked, smirking at me. "Y/N," I said and his smile faltered slightly. "That's a. . . that's a pretty name. I used to have a girlfriend by that name. I loved her, I really did." I smiled and took my poster and came around the side of the table.
Security tried to grab me but Dallon stopped them, excusing himself from the fan. "Hey, back off. That's my sister, ok? She comes through."
"Oh. . . sorry," he said and I stepped over and took one of the chairs and sat behind Dallon. Ryan turned around and said, "Oh hey! What're you doing back here?" He had been at the merch stand while the security thing happened so I smiled and said, "Ryan, you honestly don't remember me?" I asked and he slowly started to realise who I am. "Oh my God. . . so it is you. . . " he murmured in shock. I nodded, "Yep."
~back on the bus~
"Y/N! Holy hell dude! I didn't think you would even want to see us again!" Brendon shouted happily, picking me up in a hug. I laughed and groaned when they all jumped on me . . . apart from Ryan.
"Yo Ryan, come and join us!" Brendon called, smirking. He shook his head, "Nah, I think I'm gonna go back to the bunks." I shoved at Dallon with no effect whatsoever. "Dal, get off of me, I need to talk to Ryan," I said, sounding muffled as I pushed him again. "Ok ok, I'm gonna get up . . . Bren, Spence, get up!" He said, knocking him off of him and finally getting off of me. "Thanks Dal," I said with a small smile and went to the bunks where Ryan was.
I couldn't see which bunk he was in because all of the curtains were closed. I stepped into the back carefully, checking the first two bunks with no luck. "Ry?" I called softly and I heard rustling from the very back bunk on the bottom.
The curtains on it moved and he stuck his head out. "Yeah?" I walked over to him and said, "Can I join you?" He sighed and moved over, holding the curtain over.
I climbed in carefully and laid on my side facing him. "So what's up?" I asked, knowing there's a reason why he's avoiding me. He shrugged in the dim lighting. "Well, it's obviously something. I knew I wasn't gonna get a big welcome back when I came here, but I didn't really think I'd be ignored," I say, brushing some of his fringe back.
He flinched away from my touch and I sighed. "Ryan, you and I both know I never hurt you. Stop acting like I have."
"But don't you see?" He asked, suddenly sounding angry as he sat straight up. "I am the one who was hurt!"
"Oh, you were the one that was left behind by their twin brother? You were the one left behind by their only friends? You were the one who was dumped the day before their boyfriend left and didn't say a single fucking word about where they were going? Oh yeah, you're so fucking hurt," I shouted, adding, "I should've never come back. Fuck you, Ryan." I got out of the bunk and went back to the front.
Apparently, the others had heard because they were staring when I came out with shock and hurt on their faces. I grabbed my jacket and started to head out the door when Dallon stopped me.
"What?!" I shouted, still angry because of Ryan. "Woah, I'm sorry. I . . . I didn't think it would hurt you that bad. I'm sorry for leaving you with no explanation, we all are. I'll make Ryan apologise but please . . . don't leave. I just got my twin back." I shrugged and said, "Maybe when you guys come home. I still gotta go get my car."
He shook his head and I heard someone running. "Wait! Y/N, don't leave . . . I'm sorry," the person said, showing their face. Ryan. I shook my head and said, "This was a mistake."
Ryan shook his head and said, "No, it wasn't. If I hadn't been an asshole, you wouldn't have to leave . . . you don't have to leave. Please," he grabbed my hand. I just stood there staring at him. "Give me another chance . . . please." I felt my eyes sting, "How do I know you won't hurt me again? Ry, I got to the point of being suicidal."
"I won't hurt you again, I promise. Just please, give me another chance," he begged and I sighed. "Fine. When you guys come home, we'll go to dinner. But if you hurt me, I'll kick your ass and I'll get these three to do it as well." He nodded, "Ok."
"Alright then. I'm outta here. I'll Skype you guys later, kay?" They nodded, "Yeah, ok." I smiled, "Cool. See ya."
"See ya."
