The sun and the ground
The dirt on the path
The birds and the frogs
The lakes and the grass
They're all part of a forest
A rain forest that is
The sweet rains drizzle
And the blowing of the wind
They all fall silent
As you and me go on past
And then they continue of forever
And forever they shall last
They all shall prosper
As I will protect
All that is living
Even a spec
They keep our world alive
Colourful and bright
As the bright yellow sun
Shares with us it's light
But as the sun soon sets
That all will be gone
And will not return again
At least not until dawn
