I'm fairly experience with PicsArt and I have the updated version. I want to share my knowledge of tips and tricks I've learned on my own, and other fellow members on WattPad, YouTube, and PicsArt users.
D E V I A N T A R T :: Photos, Texture Packs, PNG's/PNG Pack, PSD's, Stocks, etc.

Photos/Texture Packs/PNG/Pack PNG: sometimes everything on here doesn't always come in a ZIP File, and that's what you need to make it moblie/tablet safe. So to adjust that many suggest you to download another app so it can compress for you. Unless you like me and storage space is everything, go online and type (Ex. "RAR to ZIP) Any search engine will work.
PSD's: Although us PicsArt users can't use PSD's but we can create PAD's and/or use filters. You can get more filters at Photoshop Express, Pixlr, Instagram, etc.
PNG's: Don't get fooled on this site. Not all PNG's are good quality. So instead go online and find a good photo and use your cut out tool.

GIF's: You can create GIF's on PicsArt, but not.the ones that can make the canvas move on a book cover sadly.

PHOTO's: Many photographers post their work, some will allow you use them. It usually says in their bio. But if you do use them, credit them. Same goes for Deviantart.
G O O G L E :: Anything really, but sometimes they aren't good quality.

Fonts: To transfer your fonts to your PicsArt folder, you first have to know where your files are. And once you find it, go to you recent download and move the font you just downloaded and it under PICSART FONT. To make sure it works, it has to be ttf format.

Fonts: Photoshop cheat. You have the option to change the size, color, shadow, and fonts. But you save it into a PNG format. You can also add cool effects if use the "warp" tool.
