When you going to the interview..you knocks the door and enter in interview room, you give resume or documents on interviwer hand he start the rain of question. So this time question will be like...............

1. Tell me something about yourself ?.
•Explanation : -Deliver a confident answer to this, usually the first question asked in most of the interview which lets the interviewer know a little bit about you. You should try to giving this answer short, not make long or boring. Which in mention you identify area related to your education and work experience that relate to the job you are being interviewed for, and show your enthusiasm and don't forget to mention About, hobbies & goal.
Example :- My name is Raj bharti.
I am bilong to Bihar.

I have recently done B.tech from ptu in mechanical,
And I have also done 3 years diploma in mechanical from psbte.
I have complt my schooling in my home town.

I am carry 3 years experinces in desiging.(if)

I m quick well in computer.(if).

We are living six member in my faimly including with me.
My hobby is browsing, chatting, and listen music.
Its all about me..

If your interviwer tell you to name.Example ok Raj tell me something about your self.

2. What are your strengths/skills ?.
• Explanation :- It is important that you respond with relevant skills and strengths that make you suited to the job while answering this question.
Doing research beforehand can help prepare an answer to this question. Studying the job advertisements can help you Point out your strength that make you relevant and appropriate for the job.
Like :-Adaptability, Hard-working, Honest, Flexibility, Decision making, Self motivated.
Example :- Sir I am a honest, self motivated and hardworking man with positive attitude towards my future and my life.

3. What are your weakness ?.
•Explanation :-This is very tricky question. So Try not to be too critical when answering this question. Instead pick one of your weakness and try to turn it into a positive.
Like :-Straightforward, Impatient, I can't say no when someone ask for help, Take decision quickly.
Example :- I can't say no when someone ask for help and say to lie is difficult for me.

4. Why do you want this job ?. Or Why should we hire you?.
•Explanation :- Answer this question with a response that highlights why you would be a good candidate for the job and how enthusiastic You are about it.
Ensure that you show an interest in the sector, understand the organisation and their ethos and show how your skills match their requirement.
Example :- Sir as I am a fresher( or experience). I have theoretical knowledge but i can do hard-work for my organisation. And i will put all my efforts for the progress of organisation.

5. Why do you want to join banking/bpo while you have done a B.Tech /MBBS ?.
•Explanation :-This question normally asked to know how/whether you are ready to switch to a new field Which is different from the one you are pursuing at present. They also want to know whether you are suitable for the new role or not.
Answering this question, you have to address the above concerns of the interviewers and convince them that you have not decided to join this field without preparing for it. You are well suited for the job and your present field will not prove to be an obstacle.

6. What you know about this organisation ?.
Explanation :-The aim of interviewer for asking this question know about your interest and out knowledge So where you are going to the interview, collect the information about this organisation. reach out to the organisation's website and other sources to gather information.
Example :- It is one of the best fastest growing organisation in Country. The work environment of the organisation is very good. People are proud to be part of this organisation, This organisation provides full supports to their employees.

7. Why are you looking for a job change ?.
Explanation :- Honestly give this answer, you try to say truth, what the reason you wants to left previous job.
Like:-Thanks to previous organisation, Explain with you learn from past job experience,
Example :- I am thankful to my previous organisation because i have learnt a lot of things from their. According to me changes are necessary for everyone to enhance your skills, knowledge and personal growth and financially growth. Your organisation is the good platform where i can get all these.

8. What are your salary requirement ?.
Explanation :-The aim of interviewer for asking this question, he wants to know, whats type attitude available on your self like earing or learning. So you give answer.
Points :-Never share your salary requirement a fresher, Experience candidate can share their expected salary.
Example :- I am a fresher, salary is not first priority for me, This is a big platform to begin my future and I also want to improve my knowledge and skill and gain experience. OR.
I have 5 years of experience in CS. My current salary has never been a big issues for me, still I am expecting salary as organization's norms as per my designation, qualification and experience which can help me to maintain the standard of my personal and econimical requirement.

9. What are your future goals ?.
Points:In this question give answer in two parts. 1. Short term goals, 2. Long term goals.
Example :-My short term goal is get a job in reputed organization where my skill may be utilized efficiently and improve my future.
My long term goal is to be in respectable position in the organization where I work.

10.Conclusion, Do you have any question to ask ?.
Explanation :- If you have any questions or if any things want to know regard job, you free fill to ask don't fill hesitate.
Like :- Express Thanks, job timings, job location, Training period, Transport facilities etc.
Example :- Thanks you for giving this opportunity sir, I would like to know about the job timings job, job location of & Training requirement for this job in your organization.

Extra Punch :- Always use sir/madam, Because if you give respect so you also get respect. Give all answer on truth base don't tell lie. This is only for idea how to handle to question so don't remember this. You always try to giving answer on your knowledge base.
If you giving to interview in BPO, there two more questions asked like.
1. You are comfortable in rotation shift ?.
Points :- Rotation shift means day, evenings and night shift. So if you are comfortable say yes or no. If your answer is no then also mention your problem.

2. Tell me few lines on any topic ?.
Explanation :- Aim for asking this question interviewer want check you communication skill. So you give answer this question confidently. You share in topic.
Like :- About your previous job or birthday experience, about your City, state. About company's. So you share thing on your knowledge base.
