Have you ever had that feeling?
Just that one time,
When you're just sitting there
Staring outside your window at night
While its dark outside
yet bright at the same time
You know, just looking outside
And there's a right amount of light
The moon shines down the snow
Making it seem even more brighter
Then you look down on the shadows of the trees
And a car passes by with its headlights on
Just for a minute
then it drives away
You stare on a distance,
Towards the woods
And your eye kind of plays tricks on you
Making you see things that aren't really there....
OR just when you're doing something random
This weird feeling hits you
Out.of.Nowhere
A sense of déjà vu
Suddenly a place comes to mind
Or a memory
Out of nowhere you realize,
Just how much you miss it
How much you wanted to be there again
How you just wanted present and past to be ONE
To combine itself together like magic,
But you don't always get what you want
It hits you like a pile of brick too
It hurts you so much
You get all frustrated
And feel like crying but you really can't do anything about it
You look around once again
The wind blows so gently
The shadow of the trees dances with it
The car comes back headlights still there
Once again you look around more at your surrounding
But just like that
Just like the way
That this "feeling" or sense hit you
It's GONE
Just like lightning
And the thought is pushed away
Into the back and deeper part of your brain
But someday it'll come back
Once again,
On another scenario or just ANYTHING
For that matter, that reminds you
Of what your missing but also shows you
Whats important and whats in front you
