Chpt 2

We both slid away from each other. I glared at the group and the cheetah noticing my glare returned it. The lion cub on the other hand looked at me shocked. "What, do I have dirt on my nose." I said crossing my eyes trying to look at my nose. It was dirt free. "Um, lion cub, what are you staring at me for?" I asked crouching down. I was starting to worry. "Kion are you okay?" The cheetah asked. He nodded. "We need to take her to Rafiki!" He exclaimed. I looked at him disgusted. "Hey, I have to get home, By now Junja will have snuck into my teritory, and I'm not sure if Jasiri can hold off his whole clan-" I was cut off. "Wait you know Jasiri?" The lion asked. I nodded. "While I'm out on hunting trips she keeps watch on my territory, keeping Zira's pride, and Junja's clan out, if I dont go home soon, she might get hurt." I told the group. Kion looked understanding. "Okay, Fuli do you think you can follow... What was your name?" he asked. I chuckled. "My names Frey, and this is Kionia, she lives with me, or rather on me." I told them. Kion smiled. "Fuli and Ono you go check on Frey's territory, and help Jasiri if she needs it, the rest of us will take Frey back to Rafiki, he'll know whats going on." Kion said, I sighed. 'Perfect' I thought sarcastically. I shook myself getting all the dirt off me. My jewlery made a jingling noise. "Whoa, what's that?" The honey badger asked as we started walking. I looked at him and he was pointing to my earring and my tail ring. "Oh well I found them and Kionia gave me some of her feathers to decorate them with." I told the group. they nodded. we kept going making slight conversation.

As we walked into their lair I saw a monkey with a staff walking towards me. I started glimmering softly, I wasn't sure about this guy. "Kion who is this?" He asked. I crouched down behind Kion. "Oh her name is Frey but she has a special power like me, and we figured you'd know why." Kion said. Kion moved out from in front of me. 'Put on a brave face.' I told my self. I stood tall and my tail swished from side to side. The monkey smiled. "Well, Frey can you show me your power?" He asked and I nodded. "Though we shouldn't do it in here, it might cause some small problems." I said. They nodded, and we walked to a small meadow. "Okay Kion call me some names." I told him. He looked confused but complied. "You evil outsider, you'll never be anything more than a ugly, runt of the pride." He growled. I felt my self start to glow silver. "Okay everyone get behind me." He nodded and bounded behind me. I felt the roar settle inside me and I roared, hearing it bounce off the walls of the mountains surrounding us. The ground started shaking and I dug my claws into the ground to keep from falling. When the shaking subsided I turned to face Kion and the others. They looked shocked. Rafiki frowned. "Kion I'm afraid my assumption was correct. She is a desendent of scar, and he passes his power onto her, and when it latched to her, the abilities changed to fit her. This is extraordinary." He said.
