Chapter 1

Katrinas POV

"Awe thank you baby". I said giving a tight hug to my handsome and the most awesome boyfriend ever. Kevin gave me a bouquet of red roses which I love by the way. And he also gave me a promise ring to which were going to get married in the future. I love Kevin with all my heart.

We shared everything together. I remembered how he told me his most embarrassing story ever. Running in school naked. I wonnder how that happened? He wouldn't finish the story of how it started.

I asked so many questions to which he ignored. I also told him my most embarrassing story. Walking in the living in only my panties no clothes or bra on. I thought my parents was gone. And guess what? My while family was in the living talking. I froze in that moment half naked only panties was covering the most part I wanted to cover.

I ran in my room in embarrassment. After telling him he ended up on the floor laughing his butt off. I just sat on the chair watching him laugh.

"Babe want any topping on your pancake?". My best boyfriend ever Kevin asked.

"Whipped cream and strawberries if we have any". I said. Kevin looked through the cabinets high and low before looking back at me.

"Looks like we have no whipped cream. I'll check in the fridge for strawberries". He said making his way towards the fridge.

I was looking at my ring in happiness. I love you Kevin so so much. I don't think I can ever love you like this big.

"What are you looking at?". He asked making me snap out of my thoughts of how he gave me the most beautiful ring ever.

"The ring. It's so beautiful. I remember it like it was yesterday". I replied while smiling happily.

"I'm glad you like it because it was my Grandmas. She gave this ring when she passed away". He said with his eyes filled with sadness.

"Awe. I'm so sorry about your Grandmother. I'm sure she's in a better place now". I said comforting him. He gave me a smile.

"Yeah she is". He said looking out the window.

"So...". I trailed off." What do you want to do?". I asked breaking the silence. He turned his around to look at me.

"How about....a walk in the park". He suggested. I nodded my head agreeing. It's so sunny outside. Enjoying outdoors and nature.

"I'll go get ready". As I said that I turned around running upstairs getting ready.

Something is up with Kevin. He's not acting like his usual self lately. I wanted to ask him but seeing him sad about his Grandmothers death it can wait.

Walking downstairs already dressed I see no sign of Kevin. I looked around only to see an empty house with me in it of course.

Where is he?

Then I heard talking down the garage. I slowly made my there. I see a slightly opened door. As I made my way I see Kevin talking on the phone.

Who is he talking to?

"Yes. I'll meet you there at 8. Don't worry she doesn't know". He said to the phone. I was confused. Was he talking about me?

"Okay...no no no It's suppose to be the two of us...okay....make sure the doors and windows are secured before I get there". He said that and ended the call.

I opened the door and walked towards a frustrated Kevin.

"Kevin? Is there something wrong? Who was on the phone? And who are you seeing?". I bombarded with questions. Kevin jumped as he turned with his eyes widen in shock.

"U-um...I'm meeting my sister a-at 8. U-um.....because she has a s-stomach flu. There's n-nobody looking after her". He stuttered making me look at him in curiosity. He never stutter before.

What made him so nervous?

"Are you sure? Can I come with you?". I asked.

"NO!". He shouted making me flinch. He noticed and cleared his throat before speaking.

"I mean no. She only wanted a family member there". He reasoned. I looked at him before nodding my head slowly.

I decided going outside was stupid. I turned around walking to the living taking off my jacket and shoes.

"What are you doing?". Kevin asked while trailing behind me. I sat on the couch with frustration. I can tell when he is lying? I remember when we both made a promise to never lie or hide anything from each other. 

I don't know why I feel like he's hiding something from me.

"Kevin...please don't don't lie to me". I said giving him a sad look before looking at the ring on my hand. I sighed heavily. Maybe this relationship isn't going well like I hoped. Fate isn't always on our side it's more like against us.

"I'm not lying. I'm telling the truth". He said in a soft voice. His eyes is talking to me well as his eyes is telling me totally different story.

"Okay". I gave in not wanting to hear is excuse. I got up looking at him sadly.

"I'm tired. I'm going to bed". I mumbled before heading upstairs.

"What? Is it because I lied to you is that it?". He asked shaking his head.

A tear slide down on my cheek. I sighed.

"Kevin I'm not going to argue. If that was your sister calling then I believe you". I said ending the discussion before heading to our room.

Our relationship isn't always perfect. But we always love each other. I hope Kevin remembers that

(A/N: Next chapter will be on Kevins POV seeing what he's hiding. There's going to be alot of drama so be ready.  Also just a hint. The person that Kevin is seeing is not his sister that's the only clue or hint I can give you.
