i don't know how this is actually going to turn out, so i don't really have any rules atm. but in short, if you want a cover just fill out the form down below.

- please don't request if you've requested somewhere else. please. - also it would would be really nice if you used the cover for at least 5 days. it's just rude when I've taken up some of my own time to make someone a cover and it's for nothing. if you don't like it I can make changes instead of you just not using it. - your book has to be published first, just so I can guarantee the above doesn't happen. - please give credit! I usually put my name hidden in the cover but sometimes I forget :-)
