"Goodnight everyone!" Rosey whispered, closing the door to her room where her puffles were sleeping.

Yawning, she tiptoed to the fridge, got herself a can of coke, and flopped down on her couch. "The new episode of Penguin Runway Jr should be on!" She exclaimed, excited to see who wins and who gets eliminated. She opened her coke and took a sip.

"Zachary...you are the winner of this challenge--_***_**_*_*_*_**_*_*_*_*_*_"

"YAAAAASSSS--huh? What's going on with the TV?" Rosey asked herself. Finally, the static stopped. Aunt Arctic was on the screen, interviewing Rockhopper about something Rosey thought she could never care less about.

Boy, was she absolutely wrong.

"Ah well, I guess I'll watch Steven Universe instead," she changed the channel, only to find that the news was playing there as well. "What the fudge?" She asked, annoyed. "I'll see if anyone's on Igloogram," She sighed. Rosey was about to get up, when suddenly what was on the news actually caught her interest.

"Is it true that you've discovered a brand new island not too far away?" Aunt Arctic asked.

"Yarr, it be true. We've discovered a tropical paradise we be callin' Club Penguin Island," Rockhopper replied.

Rosey took a sip of her coke.

"All penguins on this island  be boardin' the Migrator, no items, no puffles, no nothing, to start a fresh start on the new island!"

Her eyes grew wide as she spit out her coke in shock. "WHAT!?"

"I see. And what will happen to Club Penguin, as well as everything on it?"

"Yarharhar!" He let out a hearty laugh, "That be easy. Gary's building a nuke to blow up this ol' junkyard when we leave!"

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!?"  Rosey's eyes grew wide as tears began to well up in them. She sobbed quietly, just remembering that her puffles were trying to sleep. Her puffles. They weren't allowed on the Migrator. They were going to blow up her puffles!

And they were not getting away with it.

Rosey, being a very emotional penguin, fell onto the floor sobbing. "This...this isn't fair..." she whispered, "this isn't right!" Her throat felt as if someone had shoved an apple down it. She could barely even talk. Her home, her stuff, her pets were all being taken away. She wouldn't stand for it.

Surely she wasn't the only one.

Surely, she wasn't the only one who felt this way.

She snuck into her room, careful not to wake her dear Puffles, and flopped down on her bed. She turned the brightness of her iPad down and checked her Igloogram. Sure enough, the groupchat was being absolutely spammed!

With that, Rosey shut off her iPad, got ready for bed, and was soon fast asleep.

After giving her other seven puffles a walk, Rosey attached a leash to the puffle she had the longest, Splatter the yellow puffle. After spending two years together, they were nearly inseparable. She would sneak him and his obviously-not-blood-related brothers and sisters onto the Migrator if she had to.

"Where do you want to go today?" Rosey asked. "Squeak!" Splatter pulled the leash towards the town. Penguins everywhere were in denial. Some were kicking rocks on the sidewalk, some were crying their eyes out, and some had their puffles all huddled together in a huge hug.

"Squeak?" Splatter looked up at Rosey as if he was asking what was wrong. "It's nothing, really. They're upset because Rockhopper went missing last night on the news," Rosey lied. It made her feel guilty, but she couldn't bring herself to tell her beloved compainion that we was going to get blown up, along with the rest of Club Penguin.

Splatter nodded as they walked the quiet sidewalks. Past the snow forts, no usual snowball fight.

Past the plaza, pookies were heard crying uncontrollably from the Petshop.

Into the forest, Prep Haters weren't being their usual, random selves.

Past Club Penguin High, preps sat miserably on the ground as school wasn't in session.

Into the stadium, there was no traditional Red VS Blue going on like there always was.

Past the docks, no hydro hoppers to be seen.

At the beach there were no waves, sandcastles, or fish for that matter.

Into Ski Village, no sledders or skiiers in sight.

They just kept walking, and walking, and walking without saying a word. Finally, they ended back up at the Town where they were before. "Squeak squeak," Splatter said, looking at the coffee shop. "Sure!" Rosey replied, walking in. The usually cheery barista's eyes were puffy and red from crying as he sobbed,

"Welcome to the Coffee Shop, what can I get for you?"

His voice sounded shaky and scared. Rosey felt loads of pity for this innocent penguin. Always happy, even on busy days, he didn't even mind that he was the only penguin working there. The penguins coming in and out of the shop were enough to keep him company.

"A s'more frappè with whipped cream please," Rosey ordered. "Anthing for the puffle?" the barista asked. "A puffle O cake slice, if there's any left!" she replied. "Okay, I'll be right back," the barista waddled behind the counter. Rosey was surprised to see she was the only one here. Usually this place was packed!

"Here's your order," the barista said, handing Rosey her frappè and cake. "Thanks!" she said as cheerfully as she could as she tipped him double. The barista blushed slightly, flattered. "Y--you really do--don't have to do that, M--miss," he stuttered. "It's okay. I really don't mind!" Rosey replied. "Th--thank you!" The barista exclaimed, going back around the counter

"Wow, I knew the guy was quiet, but he's not shy. This CP nuke has everyone acting strange," Rosey thought.

"Just gotta wait 'til tonight!"
