Rise of the half bloods

Chapter 1

                                                You would think i would be happy being different from everyone else sorry to disappoint you  but im not. You see im not human i was born from two different species a human and a fox human. My mom meet my dad during high school my mom would always try to get close to him even though he would always  say leave me alone or you will get hurt if you stay with me. My mom knew what he says was true them being so different but she never left him to dad she was an angel always able to make others smile warming up there day mom could of course anyone else but she kept him she loved him to all her hearts content. When my dad first showed my mom his ears and tail he was afraid that she would think he was a freak but for some reason my mom didn't she thought he was unique and special. After they finished high school they decided to start a life together my dad got a job at a part time restaurant he was a great cook and my mom got a job as a waitress at a coffee shop. The following year my mom gave birth to me on a cold winters  night she said i was the happiest moment of her life and dads. Its been years since then though im 15 and everything is hard for me and my mom you see my father died a few years after i was born for a reason we still dont know. I wish he was here i wish he could hug me and mom saying were fine. Mom tells me story's about him and that he is still here in my heart and blood. * beep beep beep * the sound of an alarm clock is nice isnt it?   I sitted up it was 6:00 clock in the morning i forgot mom sighed me up for a new school since i was getting bullied for being part fox. I got up and quickly made my bed and walked down stairs to get breakfast mom was up as usual.  " morning dear sorry i cant drive you today my deadline is coming up on teenage romance and its quite hard "  she said typing on her computer. I sitted down eating a piece of toast " its ok mom but teen romance thats creepy " i say chuckling. She laughed and continued i quickly ate my toast and went up stairs slipping on a pair of jeans and a hoodie i grabbed my boots and put them on and walked down stairs as i was putting on a coat there was a knock on the door. " Ill get it "  i said walking to the door a guy was standing there he had black hair and red eyes. " Hi im Professor Thunderblood im here to pick up Yumi Oak " he said i blinked. " um who are you and im Yumi " i said. He smiled " Sorry i thought they called your mom to inform you that a teacher would be picking you up im one of your teachers and Halfblood Academy " he said smiling. Mom came in and smiles " Oh! Mr. Thunderblood i forgot that you were coming to pick Yumi up" mom said . Ge looked at her smiling " its alright Miss shall we get going Yumi? " he asked i nodded and followed him to a car it looked rather expensive. The thing i noticed is that this guy has a gun!  He saw my worried expression i mean you never expect your  teacher to carry a gun do you? " Dont worry i only carry it around for protection " he said chuckling softly . I breathed in and nodded got it the car he did as well he started driving. My eyes wandered to the window a new day and a new school cant be that bad right? We pulled up to a school it was huge almost like a mansion the walls  builing was painted in a dark shade of black giving it a fancy look. We got out of the car and started our way inside did i say it looked huge ....Thats an understatment this is more then huge from the inside! " Come with me im your home room teacher " Mr. Thunderblood said i nodded and followed him to the second floor he stoped at a door loud shouting. I looke at him his eyes were twitching i must admit he looks scary right now he looked at me and smiled lightly " Wait here " he said entering the class room . I blinked then next thing i hear was. " WOULD YOU ALL SHUT UP AND SIT THE HELL DOWN WE GOT A NEW STUDENT!!!" I coverd my ears dang he knows how to yell... The classroom went silence he then opened the door and smiled . " Plz come in " he said i nodded and came in standing infront of everyone they all looked at me and me getting nervous my fox ears poped out....." Wow never seen a fox " a boy muttered. Mr. Thunderblood cleared his throat " Ahm...Everyone this is our newest student Yumi Oak plz treat her with the respect you would want " he said his red eyes looking at the other students..." Hi im glad to be here " i said smiling .
