Just as the moon hits the sky
when the wolfs cry out
And the bats fly
Why don't we sleep under the night sky?
Why cant we watch the stars go by ?
Why do we lay in warm homes instead of out in freezing cold?
Why do we lay in warm beds instead of the floor?
Why do we walk on two legs instead of crawl on four?
Why do we just have skin?
Not silk or soft white fur
Why do we go to school instead of going on a hunt?
Why do we walk the same path, but not find another trail?
Why do walk on two feet instead of run on four?
Our eyes so plain but theirs so bright
So yellow like the sun,
Hair so white,
Bite so hard,
They'll scare you and make you run
A heart so strong thats loyal and kind
A pack thats strong and the family wont break
Is the family I want
And what others will want to take.
