My Letter to You

Love reigned through our life.
Before we knew it blew up in a strife.
The love that was so strong seemed gone.
We talked each day at dawn.
You left me without a word.
You were gone, transferred.
I found out your place.
Where you left with no trace.
I wrote to you each day.
This was far from doomsday.
The pain was too much to bare.
We were soon to vanish in air.
Fights grew strong.
You stayed headstrong.
I tried to stay the same.
This was no simple game.
I said I had to go.
No matter what you still would follow.
In the end I seen it all.

We had yet to fall.

Everyone said it'd never last.

Truth is we finally passed.

I finally had you back in my life.

There was no more strife.

We were here forever to stay.
