Chapter 20: Moving On

*4 MONTHS LATER*

-Brittany's POV-

I just got out of the shower and had changed into a sweatshirt, skinny jeans and a pair of cute flats. I put on some makeup and then pinned my hair back into a ponytail. I ran to my bed when my phone vibrated.

1 NEW MESSAGE

JASON: Ready babe?

ME: Yea I'm coming :)

I grabbed my bag, ran downstairs, told Johnny bye and got into the passenger seat of Jason's car.

"Hey baby." He smiled, cupped my cheek and firmly kissed me. He pulled me closer as we deepend the kiss. If you're wondering Jason and I got back tofether about a month ago. I took him back because he really helped me get over Justin and I realized what a great person he was.

Oh, also I got a call from the manager of Island Def/Jam Records and they want me to record my first single soon. I still have to record with Justin but I'm not worried about that right now. We pulled up at the school and instantly a flood of cameras and people surrounded us. Jason helped me get put of the car.

"Brittany are you two dating?"

"Are you and Justin officially over?"

"When is your first single coming out?"

I ignored them as much as possible as Jason and Aliyah, who just showed up, pushed me through the crowd into the school. Everyone watched as Jason took my hand into his and we walked to his locker.

"Well, you guys are the biggest thing being talked about since the breakup." I shrugged.

"Let them say what they want. It won't change anything." She nodded and said she had to get to class so Jason walked me down the hall to my class. A girl came up to us and stopped us in our tracks.

"Hey Brittany. What was it like dating Justin Bieber?" Jason's jaw clenched and he tensed up.

"Hey. Its over. She's with me now." He snarled and the girl walked away. I smiled.

"Well I gotta get to class. I'll talk to you later babe." He kissed me and then proceeded down the hallway, trying to push through. I walked into my psychology class and all eyes were on me. 'Ohmygod the break up was 4 months ago. God people get over it. I di.' I thought as I made my way to the back of the classroom.
