Crystal was 18 years old. She worked as a babysitter for her neighbors. She was saving up for college. She worked every week after school, always at different times. One day she got a phone call from her neighbor Lucy, she was twenty-five and was a single mother raising two children. she asked for Crystal to babysit on Friday from eight to eleven. Crystal accepted, she loves children. On Friday she showed up around 7:45 p.m. When she got there she asked if she could watch the T.V in the master bedroom since the one in the living room was broken. She said that she could. About an hour after Lucy left she put her kids, Amber who was seven, and Victor who was three, to bed. After they went to bed it was around nine. She then went to go watch television, but again she had to do it in her bedroom. It was called a master bedroom for a reason, it was the biggest room in the whole house. She had been there before, but every time she the room it surprised her. The only thing she didn't like was the huge window, it was really creepy, its on the side of the house. She lived at the end of a street so the window only showed the entrance that leads in the woods. The blinds were opened which was weird because she rarely ever left them open, never at night, which it was. Crystal stared blankly at the window where she saw stood a statue, the size of a tall man. Crystal got so curious to why it was there, she had never seen it before. About a half an hour passed by while she just sat there, curious. Crystal couldn't help herself anymore, her curiosity got the best of her, so she called Lucy. She asked about the statue when Lucy said she didn't know what she was talking about for she didn't own a statue. Crystal then send a picture of it to Lucy to prove herself. "Crystal, I told you I don't own a statue, stop messing with me!"......."Crystal!, answer me!"........."it's...It's...moving to the window.." "Crystal I'm coming home, call the police and get the kids and GET OUT OF THERE NOW!" "HEL-......"  The phone was shut off. Lucy rushed home, she called the cops on her way there. When Lucy got home she ran to her bedroom, the window was broken. There was a pool of blood streaking across the floor as if she tried to run upstairs. Lucy ran up to her kids bedroom calling out Crystal's name. When she got there the wall had a sentence written in blood, "You should of hurried. Goodbye" As she sobbed and fell to the floor, she heard footsteps in behind her. There stood a man painted in silver, like a street performer, and covered in blood. He laughed. When the police got there they went upstairs after seeing the bedroom. There lay the mother with a slit throat. They heard fumbling in the closet, Crystal was sitting there shielding the two kids with herself, she was stabbed in the side with a piece of glass, and bleeding out fast. She was taken to the hospital she woke up late. she saw a shadow stand over her, when she realized it was the man he put a wet washcloth over her face then stabbed her chest until she stopped moving. "Nobody gets away from me, and lives". When the nurse can in a while later she called the police. The man was never found, and neither were the kids. They disappeared the night Crystal was murdered.
