Those who win 1st "can" participate in the next art contest but "cannot" win 1st, 2nd or 3rd. You could end up in honorable mentions though!

Rules: (New)
1. No art thieves, I'll kell you. And you'll be disqualified.

2. Watermark your art (Signature) if you don't have it your art points are gonna drop some.

3. Make sure your Art Sticks to the theme'(s).

(RULE 4 DOES NOT APPLY TO QUICK-TESTS)
4. You can enter Multiple contests but after winning 1st (on 1 or all that round) you can't win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd the next contest, But you can still enter and possibly win Honorable Mentions. After the next contest is over you can enter again and win a place.

5. Color is not required but is recommend. Unless stated otherwise.

6. (NEW RULE: In effect after contest 1...) Comment: Earth without Art is Just Eh. So that I know You'll follow the rules and have read them. I'll know you want to enter then. (Just start the art piece your basically in so no need to ask if you can join after words...)
