Abby's POV
It was the last day of school. I was so excited! Summer break, yay! As my alarm went off I jumped out of bed and got dressed. It was about 6:48 so I said bye to my mom, and I was about to leave when she pulled me and my brother, Andy, aside. "I know you guys have to leave, you'll go soon. But we're moving next week." My heart dropped. "W-where?" I stuttered trying to keep the tears from coming out. "England." I lifted my head back up. "England? Where?" I asked. "Berkshire. Your father has a job there. You should say goodbye to all your friends." My mother suggested. I nodded. "Bye!" I yelled running out the door. Andy came trailing behind me. "Why are you so happy? You are leaving all your friends." He grumbled. "Two boys I really like live there." I said quietly. Andy stopped. "Do you really think, that you will be friends with Max and Harvey? No. Of course you won't be. Now stop dreaming and think about the real world." He snapped at me. I sighed. Maybe I never was going to meet Max and Harvey...

(Next week)
I packed all my things, and looked at my empty room. I looked down and sighed. I had several bags I needed to take down to the car. I wondered if our neighbors would be nice. I walked downstairs and looked around. This was the first time I've ever seen it this empty. I walked outside and put my stuff into the car. "Abby, it's time to go. Are you sure you have EVERYTHING?" My dad said calmly. I nodded. "Dad, what are we doing with our cars?" I asked. My dad thought for a moment. "I guess we could sell them. It's way too expensive to take them with us." He told me. I nodded. "We could get a lot of money out of our four cars." My mom said coming up to us. I looked around and then got into the car. This would be fun.
