Over Again

Chapter 2

It's been two hours since Lily left for her date. I've been on Twitter scrolling through my timeline. I started to get really boring so I decided to go for a walk. I grabbed my phone and but on a sweater.

"Why is it so chilly" I thought to myself because it's freaking July. I turn on my phone and it was 7:38. Maybe some music will make me comfortable.

I got to my playlist and played "Girls" by The 1975. I started to sing to myself and as I sang , I just got louder and louder.

"They're just girls breaking heart

Eyes bright, uptight, just girls

And she can't be what you need

If she 17 ,they're just girls, just girls" I sang down the street.

I kept on walking and singing until I felt someone bumped into me.

"What the hell!" I said in anger. The person helped me up and it was a guy he had, he had blue eyes and blonde hair. He looked familiar but wasn't sure who it was.

"I'm so sorry" he said with a thick Irish accent. "It's okay, I guess, I fell pretty hard." I said rubbing my bum. He laughed a little. I guess it had to do with the fact I was rubbing my bum.

"Well, I'm Niall." he says looking for my grown eyes ."Oh, that where I know you from." I said not being surprised. "You're in that band One Direction." "So, I bet you are a fan?" he said coming off as cocky ,but than again what do I know.

"Well, not really but I have to say some of your songs are good." " Thanks." Niall said.

"So what's your name?" he continued. "Well,first of all, I don't think I should give you my name." I said. "Well, why is is that?" he said and he is starting to get annoying.

"I guess you haven't heard of the term, stranger danger." I said giving him a sarcastic smile. " We should get to know each other." he said. "Let's go to the park." he continued pointing to the park you the street. For some unknown reason I agreed but hesitating at first.

When we arrived, I ran straight to the swings. I love the swings , every. since I was a little girl. Niall went to the swing next to me and sat on it.

"So, what leads you to the middle of London with no paparazzi? " I asked being curious. " I was at the bar up the street with the lads , I needs to get some space." he said. "What lads?" I asked. "You know the other member of One Direction." "Oh." I said quickly after trying to end the conversation.

I keep on looking through my playlist and started to play a song. Then Niall interrupted me, "Can I at least have your number?" I started to laugh."Why are you laughing?" Niall said kinda laughing as well.

"If I didn't give you my name, then why would I give you my number. I said sarcastically."Fair enough." he said.

I started to sing along to the song that was playing.

"Call you me in the nighttime

Call you in the daytime

Can't fess up to you

Cause I hope

We will never have to take back

What we said in the night I-" I got cut off by Niall.

"I know that song, it's  All Eyes on You by St.Lucia!" "Good for you." I said giving him a thumbs up, but coming off as bicthy. "Well then" he said disappointed, but I could hear humor in his voice.

"I'm sorry, Niall." I said feeling bad about what I said earlier. "It's fine , really." he says. "Are you a fan of St.Lucia?" 

I asked looking away from him and only paying attention to the people walking in the busy streets. "Yeah." he said keeping it short.

There was awkward silent , like really awkward. I looked  at my lock screen and it was 8:40. "I need to go back to campus, it's getting late." I said trying to leave ,but didn't want  Niall to feel bad.

"So I guess you go to the university up there." he said pointing up the street. I nod then saying "Bye, Niall."

"Can I at least get your name now?" Niall asked. I started to walk away, but then I stopped. I turned back to Niall and he was still there smiling.

"Kelsi!" I shouted so he can hear me. I continued walking back to campus. It's not like I'm gonna see him again.
