*Clock ticking loudly*
A deathly silence lurked in the room.... Ironic huh? Oh right sorry I forgot this story is about a boy whose life was taken too soon or was it just the right time for him.. it all depends on your perspective on things.
As his body lays still in the plush lined wooden casket silence loomed throughout the room. The house filled with visitors who came to pay their respects to the boy whose end came too soon. Murmurs from the kitchen can be heard through the double doors connecting the two rooms
"he's always had such a hatred for those " said one of his close friends as he stood with one or two others the boy held close to him.
Whoever stayed for refreshments after saying their final goodbyes coversed, some reminisced the good moments, others the very few they shared with him but also there are those who just sat and wept unable to come to terms with what has been such a shock to so many.
You see, this boy never made a fuss about what was happening to him he merely kept his guard up and never let his weakness show to anyone.... well nearly anyon
all but one.
"He must have been in a place so dark, that he couldn't feel the light" said the girl who had not spoken a word since she heard the news. It was clear that she was most affected by the tragedy even though he was nothing more than just a friend at this point.
As time passed the crowd dwindled down to his few immediate family members along with his nearest and dearest friends. They gathered in the room together with the coffin to all say one final goodbye before they all went to sleep dreading the upcoming next day.
