The florescent tint of the lighters flame,
Seems to take me up again,
The higher I go, it feels like a game,
When I come to, I need it to rain,
My mouths so dry and my head so numb,
Why did I chose this fate to come?
Everyone said you couldn't be harmed
But here I lay crying, alone and alarmed,
I should've listened to you, mother but it's too late.
I'm sleeping tonight and I probably won't wake.
I know now what I did was wrong,
But the higher I got, the more I become
Addicted to those you can't hit from a bong,
Until one day I just got higher and higher,
And you came in and realized I was gone.
